Somehow, I had managed to wake up in my own bed this morning and I'm not going to lie, I had no bloody recollection of how I got home. I woke up to an empty bed.

Part of me wished Grey was there but now the alcohol was gone, I immediately regretted that thought.

Charlie.

It was at that point that I made the decision to never touch alcohol again while in the company of Grey, it was too dangerous. I winced at my behaviour. The fact I almost through away a year long relationship with a man who was so loving and attentive. I could never hurt him like that, the thought brought me pain. I loved Charlie.

"Good morning sunshine!" Jase said to loudly as he walked through the door and into the kitchen, I groaned holding my hand to my head.

"Please shut up." I begged.

I was currently sitting on a stool at the kitchen island, holding a piping hot coffee and nursing the hangover from hell.

I was in no mood for efforts today and it showed. I showered this morning, scrubbing the make up from my face that was left over from last night. I quickly dried my hair and placed it into a high bun, the thought of taking it out and releasing my unruly curls wasn't appeasing.

I pulled out black cropped yoga pants, a pink oversized hoodie and laced up my converse. This was my effort made for today.

"Ohhh that bad huh?" Jase smiled, closing the door to the fridge and gulping on some orange juice more loudly than I would like.

"How did I get home?" I asked, removing my hands from my head and lifting my coffee up to my lips. Please save me.

"Me." I turned to the door coming eye to eye with Grey, my coffee cup almost tumbled from my hands as I choked on my sip.

"Oh." I replied between coughing fits.

It's 8am. Giving him a once over I was envious, he was bright eyed and bushy tailed. He was wearing black slim fit jeans that had rips on his thighs, showcasing the muscular skin beneath. His converse were gone and he now supported a set of black boots, a white long sleeved top covered up his ink but hugged every single last muscle.

I put my head in my hands feeling the blood rushing to it, fucking great.

"Your looking pleasant this morning Ems." He added with a smirk, I glared at him and his beautiful face.

"I don't feel pleasant." I replied with a groan taking another sip of my coffee.

"Here you forgot this last night." He continued to smirk, reaching into his pocket and pulling out a small piece of paper. "That's if you still want it of course?" He asked placing the paper down in front of me, curious I leaned over and looked at it.

Lightning Cocktail Recipe.

"Ugh!" I groaned pushing it away, "get it away from me." The feeling of sick rising to my throat at the thought of a cocktail.

"Thanks for bringing her home last night Grey." My brother thanked him with a smile, I watched as Grey gave him a small smile in return. It never once reached his eyes.

"I didn't do it for you so there's nothing to thank me for." He replied, "You need to stay away from alcohol Angel." The heated look was in his eyes again, owning me and branding me to the door.

Angel.

"Even still thank you." Jase replied before looking down to his wrist and checking the time on his watch, "Grey grab a coffee if you like, I'm just going to quickly shower." I snapped my eyes upto Jase, silently pleading with him not to leave me alone with Grey.
