Lily POV
It's been weeks since we came home from Paris and I'm missing every second of it. I was rolling around my rolling chair spinning around. When I heard the door open I immediately look up and saw Angelina
"Hey cutie" I blushed by the nickname
Ever since the night we had in Paris we were closer and act like a couple but I don't even know her feelings for me.
"Hey boss" I smirked
Angie doesn't like me calling her boss when we're alone because she said it sounds weird. "You missed me?" She said and hugged me like I was the last person on earth
"Maybe, I was getting really bored" I said and she chuckled "Ah I need to go to the restroom I'll be right back" I said and she let me go "Hurry back" She winked and I left her office to go to the restroom
When I walked to her office I heard laughter inside
I raised my eyebrow wondering who it is
I opened the door and I saw a tall man standing facing at Angie making me just see his back. Angie was sitting on her chair laughing with him
"Oh! Lily, this is Thomas, my brother" Angelina said while she walked over me
He slowly turned around and we connected eye contact.
Those green eyes....
They look familiar
Like the culprit at the formal party...
Flashback
While I was walking I saw this random dude walking. I saw his green eyes but he didn't see me. I only his eyes and they look haunting. He didn't look at me which was good. He was wearing all black as well. We walked passed by and I just shrugged it off
Flashback over
Maybe I'm wrong

"Ah so this is Lily" He said looking at me creepily "Uh- yeah hi" I said trying not to look suspicious "Angelina here has been talking about you these past few days" He chuckled "I hope it's good" I smiled
"Hey mom and dad is visiting here and I know you don't the greatest relationship with them, but they said it's urgent" Thomas said and Angelina sigh
"Last time I talked to them was 6 months ago and it wasn't a good" She sighs "I know but maybe they just want to see you. They told me they have good news so maybe it will be good" He said and Angelina nodded "Yeah probably" She said then walked over to me
I wasn't even paying attention
I just keep looking at the brother
He seems....
Odd?
Unusual?
Maybe I'm overreacting. There's a bunch of people that has the same color eyes as him. Maybe he's not that guy at the ball. Yeah, maybe I'm just overthinking.
"Oh! Mom and dad are supposed-"
The door knocked
"To be here" Thomas finished his sentence
We were all standing in the middle of Angelinas office and the door suddenly opened. I saw a tall woman who looks young for her age. And a man with a gray beard that looks intimidating.
"Ah Angelina...it's been awhile"
"Mom dad, what brings you here?" Angelina said
The mom suddenly drifted her eyes to me and I became nervous. Angelina must've noticed and went to step in front of me.
"And who are you? Can't you see this is family business?"
"Uh-"
"She's my bodyguard. I need her here next to me" Angelina defended me
"This? She looks like she can barely open a water bottle" The dad laughed
"Can we get to the point?" Angelina growled
"Oh sure then" The dad said
"Come in!" The mom said and suddenly the door opened revealing a man walking in
Who is he?
"I thought we finished this conversation" Angelina said sternly "Well you thought wrong" The strange man said and then he made contact with my eyes
"And who are you?" He said walking towards me making Angelina tense
"I'm Lily Olsen, who are you?"
The next words that came out of his mouth made my heart dropped
"I'm Brad Pitt. I'm her boyfriend, about to be fiancé"
