2 years has passed and  Ye Jin has maintained her health. If she was already living a healthy life, she is healthier now. She also tries to let Bin do the same, but he loves meat so much and  he still maintains  his cheat day with Myrtle and Ziggy on Fridays. Myrtle has  grown, at 9 years old,  she is still clingy to her parents but behaves differently  when she's in public. She is also  now intermediate in music and  taller.  Ziggy has turned 7, he is still playing soccer and into swimming now.   Simba is already 2 and a half years  old, still fluffy and acts like a guard dog.  Every other weekend their cousins come for a swim  and they do family BBQs.  Ahjumma is still with them but Ye Jin doesn't allow her to do too much work. Nanny  Yoon Suh has learned how to drive now, sometimes she picks up the kids from  school if Ye Jin and Bin get stuck with work. 
                          
It was Ahjumma's  57th birthday and   Ye Jin prepared   dinner for her. They held it at the poolside and invited her family and Bin's family. 
                          
' Gamsahamnida Ye Jin-ssi and Bin-ssi. You have been a blessing to me ever since " 
                          
 
                          
"No Ahjumma it's the other way around, my kids love you and so do we..so much. Here, we have something for you.." 
                          
"Omo.. this is too much Ye Jin-ssi, what will I do with this? I am old and I am happy to be living my life with your family.."   Ye Jin and Bin gave her a new package of medical and health insurance and some $3,000 cash. 
                          
"Ahjumma, you need it, you are not getting any younger...Ahjumma gave him a smack after he said that and everyone kept laughing.." 
                          
"Ya ! Bin-ssi, you are always naughty, nothing's changed.." 
                          
Myrtle and Ziggy also gave her a gift, a new wireless microphone that she can  connect to the TV and that comes with a Korean  Karaoke Song Book..
                          
"saeng-il chughahae halmeoni " Hope you will like our gift .  As soon as she opened it, she was laughing so hard..
                          
"Aigooo these kids,  Halmeoni will never get tired of looking after you. Gamsahamnida."  Ye Jin was so touched  with what Ahjumma just said. She's been with them for so long and  has played a big role in their lives. 
                          
 The next week that came was  filled with school activities and Bin was off to a trip overseas. Ye Jin already anticipated what's going to happen as soon as he leaves and this time he will be away for a week, meaning she will have have to take turns with Nanny  Yoon Suh to  send  and pick up the kids from their sports, and  school. 
                          
" Love, this is the first time you will be away for a longer time.. Will I survive the week?"  Ye Jin was being clingy the night before he was off to Singapore for a conference. 
                          
" I know, I will be adjusting too, it's been so long as all of my trips has been within  the Tasman and NZ. Don't worry love, we have facetime,  and I will adjust to your time zone here and If in case I won't be able to answer your calls, that means I would be in a middle of a meeting ok?" 
                          
Ye Jin nodded and helped him packed.  " Love I placed  all essentials in the the white  pouch, you have about 7 white tshirts, 3 polo shirts, 3 suits, hoody , pair of sneakers and formal shoes, jandals, vitamins please please  take it in the mornings, 2 pairs of jeans, 2 pairs of shorts, socks, set of  under wear, your base ball cap, 1 formal watch and 1 casual.."
                          
Bin was just slouching on the  bed while his wife was packing. He was smiling while watching her and reminding him of this and that..
