We stroll around the palace with our arms locked together. I tell Sigyn the memories and stories every inch of the palace holds. From the time Thor and I snuck out to the garden to climb the trees and watch over parts of Asgard that we could see from our views.

As time goes by she grows tired, so am I. But why sleep when I can enjoy the company and compassion of this wonderful woman. I ask her if she's tired but she refuses to tell me the truth. It's amazing how she tries her hardest to lie to the god of lies himself. Such confidence she has in her soul.

"I am not tired, Loki. I'm just a little hungry." She raises her brow.

"I am no fool to know you are always hungry." I tease playfully.

"Hungry for knowledge! Hawhaw! Take me to the library!" She raises her fist in the air in triumph.

Finally someone who has a well interest. Books and knowledge.

When we make to the library, Sigyn is pratically jumping around and off the walls in excitement.

She settles down a bit and reaches for the door gingerly.

"You're not a very patient lady, are you?" I grab her hands, staring into her eyes. A few days ago I wouldn't be able to be in the same room with her.

"I-I-I have no idea why I'm so anxious. Maybe it's the lack of food I've ate from chatting with you for so long!" She touches her nose with my nose, slips away from my grasp and runs into the library.

I run into the giant illuminated library and hide behind the farthest bookshelf, holding in my laugh.

Loki is the god of mischief and I happen to love mischief.

He calls my name and I bite my lip to suppress my laughter. He is getting closer and closer, and the closer he comes the more excited I am.

Should I scare him? His norse heart can handle anything.

I take a few very silent steps behind me and get ready to run. Loki says my name as if he has found me. I dash across the library and coincidently end up at a dead end. I never said I was smart when it came to mischief.

"I've got you now, lady Sigyn." Loki says rather intimidating and steps towards me slowly.

He is much taller than me, he is nearly looking down at me as a small pet.

"Small pet?" He grins showing his flawless teeth and wrinkles.

"How rude of you to read the mind of a Valkyrie. You should be punished, even if you are the prince if Asgard." I say trying to be serious but Loki laughs hysterically and my cheeks burn hot.

"All this time spent with me, you've seemed to picked up my choice of vocabulary." Loki stands right in front of me, I could feel his strangely cold breath on my face.

I open my mouth as I am about to speak but instead I run to exit the library. I look back to Loki and he seems rather mesmorized by me. I blush and lean on the door slightly with half my face showing.

He stands there motionless and before I knew it I am pushed against the door. They're closed and locked shut. In front of me is Loki, staring down at me with a warm looking face, a face that could possibly never be seen, even by his family. The face I can't quite describe.

"You are unique. I have never laid my eyes on anything so innocent and frail, yet so dangerously beautiful." He cups my face with both of his hands and leans in swiftly for a gentle kiss.

For some odd reason I am surprised even though I seen this coming. I stare at him, my stomach in doing flips, his eyes are closed as if he is sleeping, I'm shot back to reality, close me eyes and I quickly drift away as we kiss.

My hands brush through her thick hair, loving every touch and tickle of it.

I knew kissing her, even though I've just met her would be wrong but I feel invincible when I'm near her, like I can conquer all the nine realms with her bt my side.

We stop kissing and her face is pink.

"Sigyn." I say softly, she looks up into my eyes and mouths my name.

I brush her hair away from her elegant face and peck her lips but she pulls me in for more than a peck.

"I have a feeling you didn't come here for the books?" I whisper seductively.

"I'm did, but you're destracting me" she laughs.

"Whatever for?"

"I have an early training in the morning." Sigyn laughs, holds my hand and I realize how small her hands are.

"Loki?"

I look into her eyes and she hesitates to speak.

"What's wrong?" I grab her chin.

"How did you feel about me?"

"I'm not sure I understand?"

She loosens her grasp on me and crosses her arms insecurely.

"How did you feel about me? Like, before we spoke, what were your intentions with me?" Her eyebrows twitch slightly and she purses her lips together.

"I did not have any wrong intentions with you. I was afraid to be around you for a reason I don't quite understand." I lie, I know exactly what I feel. And it is a great feeling.

"Okay, Loki." She smiles and I smile back by accident.

"You have a strange effect on me." I kiss her and she laughs.

"Good."
