Sixteen-year-old James Everett Knight must navigate his superhuman abilities while keeping them hidden from his father and others. When a mysterious superhuman threat emerges in Phoenix, James is forced to confront his fears and protect his family and city. However, when a cure researched by his uncle is stolen, James becomes the target of his enemies, who seek to exploit his powers for a sinister plan. To save his father, James must work to regain his powers and stand in the way of his enemies' plans.
