I don't know how long I had been walking for but I was growing tired quickly, praying that I don't get sunburnt for however long I was outside. And with that, I don't know if the universe hated me or wanted to give me some bittersweet grace, but I hear the wheels of a car slowing down on the gravel next to me and I look over to see that it was Five. I sneer at him and don't stop walking, increasing my speed actually as he slowed down next to me and rolled down his window.
"(Y/n), stop walking and get in the car." I ignore him and keep going. "(Y/n), just stop and get in." There was no way I was going to listen to him after what he did to me. I was mad, furious even. I wanted to hurt him like how he hurt me, wanted to claw him for his hateful words.
"(Y/n)-"
"-FUCK OFF!" I scream at him, moving to run into the forest on the other side of the road but he quickly teleported out of the car and stopped me, holding my arms.
"(Y/n), you know we don't have the fucking time-"
"-don't you dare touch me!" I shove him off, boiling with rage now.
"Just listen-"
"-why should I!? You didn't fucking listen to me! I'm not listening to you, I'm not doing anything you ask me to do!" He grinds his jaw, eyes narrowed at me and I glare at him back.
"You can't stay here-"
"-then kill me! What? Don't have the fucking guts to do it anymore!?" I shove him back by his chest and he stumbles back. "What happened to you wanting to 'rip me limb from limb'!?" I shove him back at each word he swore at me from before and he clenched his fists making me slightly scared but that wasn't going to stop him from provoking him. "The Little Boy who couldn't even keep his promise! A fucking joke is what you are!"
"(Y/n), just get in the car-"
"-leave me here! I'm insignificant! I can die here with the apocalypse and you'll be done with me just like you wanted!" I scream at him, tears welling up again but I hold them back. "Let me die! I deserve it, don't I!? I don't belong here, I don't belong at home, I don't belong anywhere-!" I hiss softly when I get slammed back against the car with Five holding my shoulders. "GET THE FUCK OFF ME!" I scream at him and a sudden thud echoes around us in the air. I was panting heavily, seething with so much anger but the one thing that brought me back to the present was the stinging pain on my palm. I look down at my hand that shook and was incredibly red, slowly looking up to see Five's head whipped to the side, his hair barely hiding the bruised red cheek.
I... I slapped him...?
He didn't even acknowledge the fact that I slapped him whereas I crumbled back against the car in shock.
