When Lily got back to her dorm, she Instantly went to her bedroom and flopped on her bed. For hours she couldn't sleep. Tomorrow, when I go back to school. Yola's not going to be there. I'll never know when I'm going to see her again. I don't want that! I hate it! Why? Didn't we say junior year will be our year? I want to graduate together.
She eventually cried herself to sleep. When she woke up, she wasn't in the mood to go to class. So when Dante came to her door, she told him she didn't want to go. He understood and had someone bring her assignments.
When Lily sat down on her couch, she turned on the TV and the first thing that popped up was a headline about a girl getting charge for attempted murder. At first she thought it was about Sam but when the reporter stated the name, she was relieved.
Coincidently Sam and her father were watching the same report. He quickly turned off the TV.
"If the school says anything, it has nothing to do with you. Just forget everything, at your new school you can start over," Her father said.
Sam didn't say anything or looked at him. He took his leave.
I guess he talked to someone who's in the higher ups to get me off the hook. She took her phone out to call someone. When they answered Sam's heart began to race.
She took a deep breath. "Hello, is this Lieutenant Terry of the SSP?"
"Yes it is and whom am I speaking with?" Lt. Terry asked.
"My name is Samantha Robertians and I would like to turn myself in for the crimes I committed."

Lily got dressed because she had to see Yola. When she left her dorm room and Dante spotted her. She explains to him the situation with Yola. He completely understood and let her go.As she was walking in the hallway people started to whisper.
Of course the other grades would know about what happened. When the stab incident happened people from school who lived there already knew about it. Even if the news covered it, it wouldn't be all that surprising.
When Lily got outside, she teleported to Yola's house. She knocked a few times but no one answered. She tried calling Yola with no answer. She frowned and sat down next to the door. I can't believe it's only nine day's left until Yola leaves. Will she come back? I wonder if I can teleport to California?
Lily sighed. Either way it will be hard for us to meet. I hope to spend more time with her, talk with her. She's my best friend. After an hour she got up from the floor and stretched. I'll come back tomorrow.
Lily walked outside and felt hungry so she decided to go to a store that was close by. While walking she heard the bushes and someone jumped out. Her eyes widened when she saw who it was.
"Sam, what are you doing here?" She looked Sam up and down. "And why do you have your hospital gown on?"
"I snuck out of the hospital and if you're worried about my injury it's almost healed," Sam said, walking towards Lily. She then threw a rolled up newspaper at Lily.
"You heard about the girl that gotten arrested for murder?"
"I thought it was attempted?" Lily said.
Sam shook her head. "The person who she stabbed died."
Lily's eyes widened. "That's terrible."
"That could've been us. But unlike that girl I didn't get arrested and my father got my charges dropped."
"He what?" Lily clenched her fist. Of course he did.
"I called the SSP Lieutenant and told them everything. I need to get punished for what I did. Just because my father has strong connections in our world doesn't disappear what I did. I should be able to receive the same punishment as this girl."
