LIM PRIVATE HOSPITAL

SAMEDI 15:05

Tzuyu stayed in the rooftop. Eyes on the city below her. Spacing out.

Loud rapid footsteps can be heard getting closer. The door thud open revealing Nayeon who is in tears. She has been searching for Tzuyu after coming back and found no one in the room. Finally found her after checking the surveillance room.

"CHOU TZUYU!"

Tzuyu turned around and noticed the crystals forming inside her eyes.

Nayeon come close and nagged: "What are you doing here?! Don't you know how much worried I was?"

Tzuyu watched the tears glittering inside her eyes. The moment a tear faltered down her cheek, she realized how worried Nayeon was. She felt responsible for the tears. She hugged the girl with one arm.

"I'm sorry if I worried you. . . That night you showed me the city calmed me down so I climb here to clear my mind."

Nayeon responded to the hug. "Don't do this again. . . making me worry." She detached gently and wipe her tears. She touched Tzuyu's arm that was wrapped in a bandage resting in the sling. "Does it hurt?"

Tzuyu shook her head. "I want to rest now."

"Okay. Let's head back to your room. I have something to discuss."

Nayeon escorted Tzuyu back to her room and take a rest.

"Are you not hungry?" Nayeon asked.

Tzuyu shut her eyes. "I don't feel hungry. What is it that you want to discuss?"

Nayeon removed her blazer. She hurried to the hospital right after the meeting ended. She sat on the couch. "I have good news and bad news."

Tzuyu opened her eyes and tilt her head on the west where Nayeon.

"Which one do you want me to say first?"

Tzuyu gulped. She suddenly feeling uneasy. "Tell me the bad news first."

"Are you sure?" Nayeon grabbed the envelope above the table.

"Is it that serious?"

Nayeon hummed. "Yes, it is. . . But if you sign this now, everything will be alright."

"What do you mean?"

Nayeon hand over the envelope.

Tzuyu sat up and lean her back against the backrest. "What is this?" She said, eyes on the envelope. She took it and pulled out the documents and read them.

Nayeon transferred to the bed: sitting beside Tzuyu. "Mrs Chou has Grade II brain tumor."

Grade II tumors are less likely to grow and spread but are more likely to come back after treatment. However, medications will slow the tumor from spreading on the cells.
