I slowly walked downstairs, but I noticed everyone glaring and Elizabeth had bruises on her arms.

"Oh, did I do that? Sorry, sweet cheeks." I smirked then went for the tavern door.

"Where are you going?" Merlin asked, but I looked at her and snarled.

"None of your damn business! I'm not a sin, not like you guys-"

"Yeah, because we don't hurt our friends!" Diane yelled and I laughed, facing them and crossing my arms.

"Friends? Okay, so let me clear this up for you guys. Meliodas is your captain, you are all loyal to him to a fault, you'd die for his pathetic, murdering ass. He's fucking the princess, she's his cock warmer, and that makes her your mistress. You claim you're friends, but you're really just licking his semen off her. Get your shit straight, you aren't friends or a family. This is no better than-" I stopped before I said the kingdom name then I closed my eyes.

"Try and think for yourselves for once." I said then turned, leaving the tavern and slamming the door behind me. I took deep breaths then tried to calm down, but the only thing I could think of to do was my dad's lessons.

Drole's POV
I watched her slam the door then looked at the sins to see them all angry, flustered, and confused.

"Why is she such a-"

"Bitch?" Escanor asked, finishing King's sentence, then the fairy king nodded.

"Drole, go find her." I looked at Gloxinia then he shrugged.

"You're the only one that she's opened up to." He said then I nodded and uncrossed my arms while letting my hips go, going out to find where the mysteriously angry woman went. As I looked around, I noticed a figure moving on a hill nearby then I went towards it, but slowed as I saw her doing a dance of the giants. I watched her for a moment, watching the way she perfectly twirled and dipped as if she was controlling the earth itself.

"What do you want, Drole?" She asked then stopped and looked at me.

"That was a giants dance. Where did you learn that?" I asked as I finished my approach, stopping only two feet from her.

"My father taught me." She said then I nodded.

"It was much like my own dance." I said and she nodded, crossing her arms.

"He made it based off your dance, King Drole." She said, but I wasn't too fond of that word coming from her lips.

"You can call me Drole." I said and she smirked.

"They hate me, don't they?" She whispered and looked at the Boar Hat behind me. I sighed and tried to think of the words that would calm her.

"They don't... Hate you, though they're confused as to why you are so..." I stopped, trying to think of a word other than what Escanor used.

"Why I'm being such a bitch?" She asked and I nodded.

"I wasn't going to say that, but yes." I said and she sighed.

"I'm grieving my mother, I just found out I'm one of the strongest warriors in the world, I'm in a new place with people I don't know, I'm just really lost and confused right now." She said and I nodded.

"Then, how about a dance?" I asked and she eyed me, but nodded. I grabbed her hand in my lower right hand then my upper right hand pushed her hair back to hold the back of her shoulder, my left arms grabbing her left hip and her left shoulder.

"Thanks, Drole." She whispered and I smiled softly as I danced with her, calming her down.

I walked out onto the balcony then saw all eleven people and Hawk there, but I noticed Drole give me a subtle nod.

"Captain?" He glared at me over his drink, but I took a deep breath and closed my eyes.

"I-I'm sorry." I said, though everyone suddenly got quiet.

"Lady Jaylin." I opened my eyes and saw Lady Elaine in front of me, her hands behind her back and a smile on her face.

"I forgive you!" She said and I looked at Meliodas, who was looking at the bruises on Elizabeth's arms.

"I-I know it's no excuse for my actions against Elizabeth, and towards my attitude with all of you, but I-I just watched my mother die." I started and noticed everyone looking at me again.

"My mother, she was all I had left next to my sister, and she died right in front of me after telling me she didn't want me around anymore basically. I was hurt, nearly dead, but Drole and Gloxinia found me and brought me to some place I'm unfamiliar with, with people I know nearly nothing about, and Gloxinia is digging into my past which I'd honestly rather just forget! Yes, I was an utter bitch and I hurt Elizabeth and I insulted all of you. That can't be forgiven, I understand that, but please, at least try and give me another chance-"

"Jaylin." I stopped as Meliodas stood then he eyed me, though he looked ready to kill me.

"You hurt Elizabeth, you hurt me, you hit Gloxinia because he was asking about your past. All we wanted to know was where you were from, that's it, and you attacked us. You insulted my sins, my friends, and you threatened Elizabeth. You've been nothing but a bad seed, and yet you ask us to forgive you-"

"If you won't forgive me, then I will go." I said and his eyes went wide.

"If you can't find it in yourselves to forgive me, to give me another chance, then I will go and you will never see me again. I won't continue to cause problems within the Seven Deadly Sins, not when it means that someone could potentially get hurt or worse." I said then held my hands in front of my stomach.

"I understand everyone is confused that I even exist, that I'm an eighth sin, but the truth is-" I stopped then shook my head.

"The truth is I have probably killed more people than all of you combined. I called Meliodas a murderer, but I think I'm the real murderer here." I said then looked at Drole and saw his eye was wide.

"I won't ask you to allow me back into the sins, to allow me to even call myself a sin, but-"

"That's enough." I looked at Ban then he sighed.

"If you're gonna leave, do it in the morning. After you've drank with us, Eighth Sin of War." He said and I softly smiled, but looked at Meliodas to confirm it was okay.

"Captain Meliodas?" I whispered, but he sighed and crossed his arms.

"I can't forgive you-"

"Give her this last night with us, Captain." Diane said and Meliodas glared, but eventually he nodded and I drank the night away with the sins, leaving at sunrise the next morning.
