The sun shone the same light that it had the day before, making the people in the cafe reminisce back on it. The familiar smell of coffee and baked goods filled the room once again along with the sound of coffee machines and happy customers chatting with one another. It had only been one hour after the doors opened to welcome people into the peaceful atmosphere of the shop and the sun already shone brightly for the night.

"Hyung, are you sure you're not overreacting?" Hoseok asked as he leaned back on the couch. "You're the one ignoring him. You're going to have to talk to him sooner or later."

He was in the back room with Seokjin after he had come into the cafe panicking because Namjoon hadn't stayed over at their house. Hoseok didn't want to make a scene so he decided to take him into a more private area to talk about it. He could never guess the amount of confusion Namjoon had felt when the person that ignored him for a while suddenly demanded to know where he went without him knowing.

Now they were suddenly talking about him and that guy he's been hanging out with lately.

Seokjin put his face into his hands. "I know. But it's so hard now that a stranger is... friends with him."

"To me, you sound jealous." Hoseok commented.

Seokjin let out a laugh, making him frown.

"That's ridiculous!" Seokjin exclaimed as he removed his face from his hands. "I never get jealous. Especially towards someone I don't know very well."

The complaint made Hoseok sigh. "I know you'll never admit it, Jin hyung, but that's from what I've noticed."

"I'm not jealous," Seokjin repeated. "I'm worried. There's a difference."

"Then what are you worried about?" He asked.

"Namjoon's safety!"

"Then why don't you try to make him feel safe instead of ignoring him?"

Seokjin scoffed. "Because apparently now he has a stranger to help him. He doesn't need me anymore."

"He's only a stranger to you," Hoseok mentioned. "And of course he needs you! You two have been close longer than Jimin and Taehyung. I'm sure he decided to stay somewhere else because he didn't want to be in your hair."

Seokjin rolled his eyes. "Of course you'd say that. You don't know Namjoon very well. He knows that I don't mind him being around, so he wouldn't leave me for a guy that he only just met."

"Hyung, they've known each other for a week, not two days." Hoseok clarified. "I will admit that I wouldn't have accepted the offer either, but I'm not Namjoon. He knows the guy better than all of us, so obviously he would have a different idea of him rather than, 'A stranger'."

Hoseok smiled in satisfaction when he saw Seokjin sigh and look down at the ground. It's easy to fall into jealousy, and it's hard to get out of. That's the same with every emotion. Hoseok knew this since he's felt jealous for a while over someone, so part of what he was saying is the advice he's going to try and take for himself. But all he wants to do is help out his friend at that moment.

"I guess you're right." Seokjin admitted. "I should talk to Namjoon."

"Mmhm."

The older stood up and walked over to the door. One side of him felt scared in a way that silenced all questions, while the other side wanted to ask so many questions that it couldn't stop to just ask why. It may not scare other people, but to him it's uncomfortable, which is what's making him scared.

Seokjin opened the door with his head looking down. Once he looked up again he only saw Taehyung and Jimin at the front. Both of them were looking at him with surprise.

"Where's Namjoon?" Seokjin asked. "And why isn't he at the front?"

"He's over there." Jimin pointed over to a corner in the shop. "He's giving Yoongi hyung his drink. Why did you ask?"

Seokjin blinked and tilted his head slightly. "Who's Yoongi?"

"The blonde guy who's Jungkookie's brother." Taehyung replied, a soft smile showing on his face when he said Jungkookie. "You know, the one that asked if Namjoon was okay after the incident last week."

"I don't want to think about that." He said before looking over at the corner Jimin pointed to.

There he saw Namjoon and Yoongi talking to one another. Namjoon seemed alright when talking to him while Yoongi barely even blinked. Somehow it made him become slightly upset again as a nasty frown came on his face.

"He's supposed to be working." He spat. "Not talking to someone else. I'd prefer him to hang out around more cheerful people too. Ones that can boost his mood up a bit."

"Don't talk bad about people behind their backs, hyung." Taehyung told him. "And he already has enough cheerful people in his life. He has all four of us. And you don't know for sure if he isn't cheerful."

"You don't either."

Both of them frowned.

"I'm going to go talk to him." Seokjin said with confidence.

"Hyung, I don't think that's a very good idea..." Jimin tried to say, but was pushed away by Seokjin as he walked over towards the two at the table.

The closer that Seokjin walked towards them the more he could hear their conversation. Once he had gotten to the table, Yoongi had noticed him and soon after Namjoon did too. He took a small breath.

"Namjoon. I hope you'll go back to work instead of talking to the customers." Seokjin instructed.

Namjoon looked a bit saddened and bowed. "I'm sorry." He walked back to the front desk right after.

Seokjin and Yoongi made eye contact.

"You never had a problem with him talking to me before." Yoongi told him. "I don't know why you're suddenly upset about it, but I hope you calm down soon."

"You can't tell me what to say." Seokjin said.

"I'm not. I'm being a good friend for him."

"You're saying I'm not?" Seokjin argued. "I've been friends with him for years. You've only been friends with him for a week, and you think that you know more about him than I do?"

Yoongi sighed. "Can't you tell how stressed out he is? He came over to my house because he was worried about bothering you."

"So that's where he went!" Seokjin exclaimed before lowering his voice. "He already knows that I'm alright with him staying. I was the one who invited him to stay with me anyways."

"To him, he might think that he's bothering you since you're ignoring him." Yoongi told him. "All you have to do is talk to him."

"Why would I take the advice of a stranger?"

"Because the advice is actually rational."

"You-"

"Guys stop."

The two looked over at Hoseok. Yoongi raised his eyebrows while Seokjin furrowed his own.

"Come on hyung. I don't want to cause any more of a scene and I know that you don't either."

Hoseok ended up grabbing Seokjin's wrist and guiding him to the back himself. Seokjin shot one more glare at Yoongi before getting his wrist out of Hoseok's hold and going into the back himself.

Guess it was worth a shot. Hoseok thought as he sent Yoongi an apologetic glance.
