it had been an hour and hyunjin was still sat at the dining table, his head slipping from his hand as he almost drifted into sleep, immediately snapping his head up again before it hit the table. his looked down at his phone, and he wasn't best pleased with how long he had been waiting for minho to come back downstairs. 
                          
with a sigh, he slammed his hand down onto the table, pushing himself up from the chair to go and look for minho. hyunjin traced his steps back out through the kitchen and to the staircase, using the handrail to pull himself up them. 
                          
minho's house was fairly small, compared to hyunjin's family home, so he knew it would be easy to find where he had got to. as the male got to the top of the stairs, he could hear soft snores coming from the room at the end of the hall, being the only door that was open upstairs.
                          
hyunjin walked slowly towards the room, taking a breath before he pushed the door fully open, and he was shocked at the sight. minho laid sound asleep on a pink princess bed, with his sister (hyunjin assumed) resting on his side. he had to admit, the site was quite sweet, and hyunjin admired their obviously close connection. 
                          
he sighed, knowing now he had to leave and make his own way back to the campus. so he turned tail and pulled the door closed behind him, but was abruptly stopped by a voice in the room.
                          
"who are you?" the little girl asked the male, her voice quiet due to her only just waking up from her slumber. the blonde turned back round to face the girl, who looked terrified, her eyes wide as she stared at hyunjin. just when he thought he could escape, he had got himself into more than he bargained for.
                          
"i uh... i'm just a friend of minho's. he was supposed to be helping me study," hyunjin quickly explained, holding his hands up in surrender to the girl. but she wasn't having any of it, turning to violently shake her brother awake, hyunjin doing his best to stop her before he awoke. 
                          
he was unsuccessful, however, and minho slowly stirred awake, looking up at his frightened sister, who then pointed to hyunjin. "there's a creepy guy in my room," she said, her finger never straying from hyunjin's tall figure.
                          
minho rolled his eyes. "didn't i tell you to stay downstairs?" he scolded the male, making hyunjin cross his arms.
                          
"minho, you've been up here for an hour, while i've been sat downstairs on my own," hyunjin pointed out, making minho rush to check his phone, and he cursed under his breath.
                          
"sorry, i didn't mean to fall asleep. go back downstairs and i'll be down in a minute," he said to hyunjin, who obeyed his command and headed back downstairs. 
                          
minho then turned to his sister, placing a small kiss on her forehead before standing up. "i'll order us takeaway once i'm done studying, okay? you can pick what we get, and we can watch a movie too," he beamed, smiling widely athis beloved sister.
                          
minjee nodded, smiling right back at her big brother. he then turned to leave the room, but was stopped by the girl calling out his name. "can chaeyoung come and watch a movie with us?" she asked, her smile not faltering.
                          
minho sighed; he hadn't told minhee about the end of his relationship, seeing as she really looked up to chaeyoung, like the older sister she never had. "i'll ask her," minho answered, not wanting to upset the girl at all.
