LYDIA

When she arrived to Scott's house, she tried to knock the door first, but it was obvious that no one was going to answer so she went to the backyard and enter through the other door. She made her way upstairs and she found him.

Her blood froze immediately she saw Stiles' collapsed body on the room's floor. She knew he didn't make it to the bed. His face was completely pale with purple bags under his eyes.

Lydia ran towards the boy and tried to wake him up with no success, so she ran to the bathroom and grab a wet towel to place it in Stiles' forehead.

But she saw something. There, on the bathroom's corner, the trash can full of food from days before.

"Damm it Stiles" She murmured to herself before she ran back to Stiles, who was still on the floor. The boy hadn't been eating for almost a week.

Stiles opened his hazel eyes a little without focus them. He was about to fall into the unconsciousness again when Lydia spoke with her soft voice.

"Don't fall asleep again. Stay with me, okay? I'm gonna move you to the bed but I need your help"

Lydia watched him nodded weakly and he slowly went to bed holding himself on the strawberry blonde.

"Stay awake. Your blood sugar is very low but please stay awake. I'm gonna bring you a soda" Lydia said before she ran quickly towards the refrigerator.

A couple of minutes later, she was next to Stiles again, who's eyes were closed when she got there. But thankfully he wasn't unconscious.

She helped him to slowly drink the can of soda with the help of a straw.

"Thank you. How did you knew I was... um" Stiles asked almost murmuring.

"I heard you Stiles. Don't thank me. It was the banshee ability" Lydia answered joking.

But it was at that moment, she saw Stiles' small smile showing after a week. It was the most beautiful smile she had ever seen. Somehow she needed to see Stiles better.

"You need to eat something. Don't do that again please" She said.

"I'm.. I'm sorry. It's just, I wasn't hungry" Stiles answered almost in tears.

"Hey. Shhh. It's okay. I understand. Just, let me get you something to eat" The girl said with a hand oh Stiles' cheek.

Lydia helped him to sit up and felt immediately how the boy wrapped his arms around her. They stayed on their hug for a couple of minutes.

She listened Stiles' weak cry on her shoulder and her heart broke into a thousand pieces. She couldn't stand watching the hyperactive and sarcastic boy that used to give everyone a smile like this. The boy that fell in love with her once on third grade. The boy she kissed to stop a panic attack. The boy who was possessed by a demon and was willing to give his own life to defeat it.

That strong person was now beaten down by his own thoughts. Crying without stopping on a house and a bed that wasn't his. Because he lost his dad, and his home.
