Omniscient/Third Person POV If you were to tell Rhiya that today is a day she would never forget, then she would definitely agree with you, even though the reason why hasn't even happened yet.
Rhiya made her way to the nearby Wawa, checking her phone case for her money.
Twenty-seven dollars.
She walked into the store bought a cookie dough milkshake, peanut butter cookies, Jalepeño bites, and a pack of gum. She just felt like being "fat" today. Once she walked out of the store, a man spoke to her.
"Hey pretty lady." The old guy grinned as he sat next to the trash can, a cigarette sat between his crusty ass lips.
She gave an uncomfortable smile and kept walking.
"Wait, where you goin'?" She kept walking and ignored the man, thank goodness he stopped.
Rhiya took a sip of her milkshake and looked down at her phone, coming across the picture she took earlier.

It was a little much, but she liked it. Carter kept looking at it which made her rethink her outfit choice, but then Mattia knocked on the door and the day started.
She started walking home, which would usually take about 25 minutes, because of how far she was, but she decided to walk slower than usual so she didn't have to get home as fast.
She didn't want to risk bumping into Mattia, or worse- her mom. She also didn't want to find out if Melanie, Demari, and Carter were still there. Rhiya sat down in a random bench and went to her contacts, changing some names. She then opened messages, noticing a lot from the group chat.
