Forth's pov:

I woke up to the sound of Beam and mom talking.

"-give her." I heard mom say.

"Forgive? Mom did you hear what she said to Forth?" I could tell Beam was angry from his tone.

"I know. She shouldn't have done that. But she's repenting. She's crying her eyes out Beam. Please." Mom pleaded.

I decided to open my eyes and get up.

I slowly shuffled and sat up.

"Hey. How are you feeling?" Beam gave me my phone from the nightstand.

A little tired but i'm ok.

"Forth." Mom called me.

I turned towards her.

She had tears in her eyes. Her face showed a mixture of worry, guilt and sadness.

I smiled reassuringly.

Is p'Ellie still there?

She was surprised by my question but nodded eventually.

Beam squeezed my hand. He looked angry.

It's not good to fight with your family. You should forgive her. I'm not angry either.

"But-"

She's repenting for her words isn't she? Isn't that a good enough reason to forgive her?

Beam frowned.

Come on, for me?

He sighed. "Ok."

I smiled widely.

I looked back at mom who was also smiling.

I took Beam's hand and we made our way out of the room.

P'Ellie was sitting on the couch with tears streaming down her face. Dad was sitting next to her rubbing her back. P'Mark was sitting infront of them with a displeased expression.

"Hey you woke up." Dad noticed me first.

P'Mark and p'Ellie's head shot in my direction.

I smiled and nodded.

"Forth i-i'm really sorry for what i said to you before." P'Ellie looked at me remorsefully.

I walked closer to her.

It's ok. I'm not angry.

She blinked surprised. "Y-you're not?"

I nodded.

I was hurt yes. But i wasn't angry.

"I'm so sorry." She said softly. She looked like she really regretted her words.

Do you still think like that about me?

She shook her head vigorously.

Do you regret saying those things to me?

She nodded.

Then that's enough. It's not good to dwell in the past.

I looked at Beam.

He sighed and looked at her.

"I forgive you." He said.

Her face brightened up instantly.

"BUT." He added.

P'Ellie stiffened.

"If you do something like that ever again, i won't forgive you. This is the first and last time." He said firmly.
