louis woke up to a text from simon "meet me at the brunch café" louis got out of bed and got ready. As he passed harry's room it took everything in him not to knock on the door and wait till harry opened it to kiss him with everything he had, but he didn't he went down to the lobby and when in the car that took him to the brunch café.  As louis got out of the car and walked in the restaurant it was empty except for simon as he walked closer he noticed another girl sitting with him she looked familiar. "simon" he called out before sitting down "what's so urgent" louis asked "you remember eleanor right" "yes nice to see you again" he said "could you give us a minute" simon asked eleanor she nodded and got up to use the restroom "why is she here" louis asked "ill will get to that" simon said he took a sip of his coffee then continued. "this morning i woke up to hundreds of larry articles that isn't good louis for anybody especially one direction" "why" louis asked "because don't you know how many fans you will lose if people think you and harry are together alot, you guys will be nothing and it will be all your fault". louis couldn't comprehend what he was saying why was it such a bad thing he thought to himself. "But harry and i are together that just doesn't go away" "well it's going to have it for this new contract" louis eyes widened "what" "you are no longer going to be with harry for the sake of the band think of them" "what about the larry shippers they won't just go away" louis protested "they will once they realize you're with someone else" louis was confused. "what" eleanor came back to sit after a gesture from simon "what are you talking about simon" louis asked "you and eleanor are going to date" louis eyes widened with shock he didn't know what to do or think "what" he said "if everyone thinks you're with eleanor nobody will think you're with harry" simon said with a smile as if that was the best fix to the so called problem "so you want me to fake date eleanor in public and be with harry behind closed doors" "No i want you to date eleanor that's it you can't be with harry" simon said. suddenly louis heart sunk to his stomach "wh-what... you want me to just break up with him" "yes but you can't say anything about this contract" louis was even more hurt "simon i- i can't" "you can and you will" simon demanded. "eleanor come on this is crazy harry is your friend" louis tried to plea with her but she said nothing, "louis its either you sign this contract and do it or your band goes down with you". louis had never had to make this kind of choice before it was either the love of his life or the band he took a deep breathe to keep back what felt like tears and took the pen from simon and signed his name he thought to himself someday harry will know the truth and forgive me.
