"Rose" she said quickly
"Rose what?"
"Rose Kennedy" JJ wrote down her name
"So you say you met Agent Morgan in Vegas when was this?"
"Last year during August he was on leave and he said he needed some sex so he paid me we had sex he left and I found out I was pregnant and I moved here where he lived"
"When was Joey born?"
"July 9th 2006" she smiled
"How do you know Joey is his?"
"He's the only one I had sex with durning that period" she defended
"Okay any birthmarks you can tell me about?" JJ asked
"His has this dark patch of skin that looks like he was burnt on the left thigh near his testicles." She said JJ nodded
"Are you willing to bring Joey in to get a Paternity test?"
"Yes, I don't want to break up the family he's building I just want him to acknowledge that he has a son" Rose explained
"Well you can make that call to get him here" JJ said telling the other officer in the room take her to where the phones were. JJ came in the room with me
"The time line fits, the birthmark?" She asked
"Yeah it's right where she it is" I don't know what I felt, a part of me doesn't believe her the other part says she wouldn't lie like that.
"Maybe it's true" she put her hand on my shoulder
"Maybe" I simply said
"Hey this was before you, If it is true then you guys can work something out if it's not then you move on" she told me
"I know" I sighed I shook off the feeling Rose got back in the room JJ walked back in
"My mother is going to bring him" she smiled
"Okay, in the meantime you will need to write a statement" she handed her a pen and note pad she cane back out and I walked away to talk to call Derek
"Hey baby" he answered
"Hi, do you know a Rose Kennedy?"
"I knew she looked familiar" he sighed
"Who is she?" I asked
"Last year in August while I was on leave I went to Vegas she's and escort I had sex with" he admitted
"She's claiming you got her pregnant and she had your son" I held back the urge to cry
"I wore protection"
