Haneul walked beside Jaehyuk to the police station. She can't remember anything except her name and how she got there, which Jaehyuk didn't believe her story and thought she's crazy. They both got to the station and they were seated in front of an officer.
"So.. you're telling me she only remembers her name, and she's saying she explored and abandoned place and that's how she got to the train tracks?" The officer looked at Haneul and Jaehyuk in disbelief. Jaehyuk sighed and nodded, looking at Haneul. "Its crazy, I know." He said shaking his head.
"What's your name again young lady?" The officer asked. "Lee Haneul." She answered, he nodded and typed something in his computer. "There are a lot of Lee Haneul in Seoul. Do you have an ID on you?" The officer asked, clearly frustrated by the situation. Haneul looked through her pockets and shook her head.
"There's nothing we can do." The officer answered. Jaehyuk sighed. "What am I supposed to do now?" He asked, looking at Haneul. "I called your mom over, you can decide once she gets here." The officer said and Jaehyuk nodded. Suddenly a lady came through the doors. "Jaehyuk!" She said and hugged Jaehyuk. "What did my son do?" She asked with her arms crossed, looking a bit mad.
"He saved this girl from possibly committing suicide, but she doesn't remember anything." The officer explained. "She can move with you until she regains her memories or simply move to a mental hospital."
The lady looked at Haneul with sad eyes. "Oh, you poor thing." She said. "We'll take her under our care, don't worry officer." The lady said. "Come my dear." She touched Haneul's shoulder, Haneul stood up and followed Jaehyuk's mom along with Jaehyuk.
They reached Jaehyuk's house, Jaehyuk's mom smiled at Haneul. "I always wanted a daughter." She said, Haneul smiled while Jaehyuk just rolled his eyes. "How are you feeling Haneul?" He asked, Hanuel seemed surprised by his question since he didn't talk to her since the way to the police station, he just stared at her weirdly. "I'm fine." She said, her voice raspy, she touched her neck surprised by how raspy her voice sounded.
"You must be thirsty." Jaehyuk's mom said, she got a bottle out of the car and gave it to Haneul, she chugged it down in a short amount of time. "Thank you." Hanuel said, her voice sounding more like honey now, if honey had a voice. "Let's get inside." Jaehyuk's mom said and they all walked inside the house.

Its been a week since Haneul met Jaehyuk, he didn't talk to her much, he was mostly in his room or out with friends. When he saw Haneul he didn't pay much attention to her and barely even said hi to her.
Jaehyuk's mom came into Haneul's room, waking her up. "Its your first day in school." She said, Haneul nodded with a smile. She didn't look forward to it but it might help with her memories. She quickly got ready and went down to eat with Jaehyuk and his mom. "Jaehyuk, please show Haneul the way to school and back." His mom asked, Jaehyuk nodded. They finished eating and Jaehyuk and Haneul headed out to school.
"Walk a little behind me, I don't want people to know we are together. And don't talk to me at school." Jaehyuk said, Haneul nodded and walked a little behind Jaehyuk, far enough that no one would know they're together and close enough for her to follow him to school. They reached the school gates.
"You!" Haneul was suddenly stopped, she looked at the teacher in front of her. "Dyed hair isn't allowed in this school! What are you? A punk?" The teacher yelled at her, she looked at her short hair, it was half bleached. For some odd reason Haneul wanted to fight back, maybe even throw a punch towards the teacher because he can't control her looks. She didn't understand this sudden urge to violence so she held back on it, a little confused.
"Oh." She said instead and the teacher looked mad. "I'm new so I didn't know." She said, the teacher still looked mad but let her go. She walked into the school a little confused. She searched for the administration office. She found it and entered the room, a couple teachers glared at her, probably because her hair was partly bleached. "Umm, excuse me, I'm a new student." She reached to one teacher, they nodded and pointed at a certain table, Haneul walked over to the desk.
"Excuse me, I'm the new student." She said, the teacher's eyes widened but then she smiled. "Lee Haneul?" The teacher asked and Haneul nodded. "I'm your homeroom teacher, Mrs. Kim." She said, she looked at the clock and smiled. "Almost time to class, let's go."
Haneul and Mrs. Kim walked into the classroom. "Silence students." Mrs. Kim said, Haneul noticed Jaehyuk from the corner of her eye but didn't pay much attention to him. "We have a new student today, please introduce yourself."
"Hi, I'm Lee Haneul. Please treat me well." She said, a couple whispers went through the room. "Thank you Haneul, you can sit... next to Jaehyuk, there. Jaehyuk, please lift your hand so Haneul would know where to sit." Mrs. Kim said, Jaehyuk lifted his hand and Haneul sat next to him. She got her equipment out. And started studying.

Haneul was doodling in her notebook, it was lunch now and Jaehyuk went somewhere with his friends. "Hey." Haneul heard a female voice above her, she looked over and there was a girl smiling over at her, Haneul smiled back. "I like your hair." The girl said, Haneul touched her hair and smiled. "Thank you." She said.
"So... why did you move to this school?" The girl asked, Haneul wasn't sure what she should say. "I moved houses." The girl nodded and looked at a group of girls, they all came over to Haneul, she felt a little overwhelmed and wanted to push them all away. "So, Haneul. Would you like to switch places with me?" The girl who originally talked to her questioned. Haneul shook her head. "Yah! I was nice to you and that's how you repay me?!" The girl grabbed Haneul's hair.
Haneul had enough, she grabbed the girl's arm and squeezed it, the girl screamed in pain and let go of Haneul's hair. Haneul stood up, while still holding the girl's arm, she put it behind the girl's back, put her other hand on the girl's head and pushed her to the desk so that half the girl's body was on the desk. "Yah, who told you you can order me around?" Haneul said calmly, her voice sounding threatening. "Yah! Girls! Do something!" The girl yelled, Haneul let go of her as the girl's friends tried hitting her.
Haneul manged to catch one of the girl's punches and kicked her in her stomach. Suddenly Jaehyuk entered the classroom with his friends, a couple people were already looking at the scene from outside the class. Haneul got distracted for a second and one of the girls grabbed her hair. Haneul elbowed the girl in the stomach, turned around and punched her in the face. "Jaehyuk!" The girl who originally approached Haneul yelled. "This psycho started attacking me and my friends!"
Haneul laughed, the girls stopped attacking her by this point. "Yah! How dare you lie you piece of-"
"What's going on here?!" A teacher yelled from the door, he looked at Haneul and at the girls. "You all, office. Now." The teachers yelled and walked away, Haneul glared at the girls and walked after the teacher, the girls following her.
"Ms. Haneul, its your first day and you already got in trouble. Do you think this behavior is suitable for a young lady?" Haneul rolled her eyes at the principal's remark. "They attacked me first, it was self defense." She said, the principal shook his head. "Yeji and her friends are model students."
Yeji smirked. "Yeji, would you like to take legal action?" The principal asked. "I would like an apology." Yeji said with a smile, Haneul chuckled. "You won't get an apology from me." She said and rolled her eyes. A lady walked over to the group of girls, Haneul guessed it was Yeji's mom and she was right. "Yeji, my dear. What happened?" She asked. "This psycho hit me and my friends." Yeji answered, fake crying.
Yeji's mom glared at Haneul and shook her head. "Where's her mom?" Yeji's mom asked, the principal shook his head. "There's no number for her parents."
"I'm my own guardian." Haneul said, crossing her arms, she stood up and looked at Yeji's mom's eyes. "If you have any complaints I'm right here." She said, rising one eyebrow. Yeji's mom seemed nervous suddenly. "Let's leave Yeji." She said and took her daughter's hand, dragging her away. The principal sighed and let the rest of the girls go.
