Quinn opened her front door and furrowed her eyebrow at the sight of Puck standing there.

"Hey." Puck said, holding up a fast food bag. "Can I come in? I brought food."

Quinn sighed and nodded slowly, stepping back to let Puck in. "Come in."

Puck entered the Fabray house and turned around to look at Quinn as she closed the door. "Where's your mom?"

"Out." Quinn shrugged. "What are you doing here?"

"I came to check on you." Puck answered. "See if you needed anything."

"Why?" Quinn asked as she sat down on the couch.

"I just wanted to check in." Puck shrugged. "There's this thing that sometimes happens after women have babies and-"

"Postpartum depression." Quinn cut Puck off with a nod.

"Yeah, my mom was like that after Sarah was born and it's been, like, a week since... Beth, and I wanted to see if you were okay." Puck added.

"I'm okay." Quinn responded. "Come sit."

Puck joined Quinn on the couch and handed her the fast food bag.

"Are you okay?" Quinn wondered.

"No, but..." Puck shrugged. "We're not supposed to be okay, right?"

"It's supposed to be over." Quinn said as she bit into a french fry. "But it doesn't feel like it is."

"Yeah." Puck nodded, looking around. "I should leave you be. I'm sure it'll be easier for both of us that way."

"Can you stay here?" Quinn blurted as she looked at Puck. "It's just... there's no one else who understands."

Puck nodded. "Yeah, whatever you need, Quinn."

Quinn bit her lip as her eyes filled with tears. "I'm sorry, Noah."

"Sorry?" Puck repeated.

"I know you wanted to keep her. I could see it in your eyes when you asked me by the nursery and..." Quinn took a deep breath as the tears rolled down her cheeks. "And part of me wanted to, but-"

"We couldn't." Puck said as he wrapped his arms around Quinn and held her. "You were just strong enough for the both of us."

"I'm sorry, Noah. I'm so sorry."
