It was Monday afternoon, Ye jin Just finished her last violin class through zoom. She made some lemon tarts and prepared Samyetang for dinner. It was a chilly afternoon and she felt like chicken soup. While waiting for her baked goodies to be finished she took the time to do a little clean up in their bedroom. The master one has an ensuite. Yejin re-arranged the dresser, hers on the left and his on the right, from perfumes to lotion, to vitamins and all. She planned to put her watches in the the drawer, when she noticed some jewelry inside. She knew they're weren't new, and looks like it belongs to someone else. With the type of designs and all, she had a gut feeling that was the ex's . She tried to contemplate as how these were still there. Beside the jewelry box was another container made from wood, and it all had the polaroid photos of Kylie and Bin from their trips around the world.
"They must have gone to so many countries together, hmm Europe, a lot of Asian countries, the states , Middle East and Oh, Iceland.. wow posh ..." She was just fine until she saw once particular photo where the two were kissing. She thought it's somehwere in Spain, right infront of the Familia Sagrada church . Ye Jin's chest felt so tight, she took a sit and tried to relax. She felt like she was madly jealous. She wanted to tear it but it's not her property and she doesn't want Bin to know that she is invading his stuff . The timer in the over went off and so she hurriedly put the photos back to that wooden box but failed to put it back in the drawer.
Ye Jin tried to divert herself from what she just saw. She was placing the lemon tarts in a dessert tray and finished her Samyetang. She got so stressed with that photo that her mind was full of static. After making the chicken soup dish, she set the table , and took out the side dishes , placed them in small plates and then started munching some lemon tarts.

Her thoughts travelled so far.. " Bin must have loved Kylie, no man would travel anywhere in the world with his girlfriend if he didnt' love her. I wonder what she's like in person, was she sweet as well? I know she's career oriented, but she must have good points. She sighed deeply and couldn't help but feel insecure. She can see the ex had a nice figure , based from the photos, and she dresses well. Of course for someone who works for the prime minister... Now that she is 6 months pregnant Ye Jin couldn't help but feel ugly and she feels like she is so fat due to teh extra weight she's gained. It was almost 7PM when she received a text from her partner.
"Hi Love, I will be a little late. maybe 8 or 8:30pm. I was asked to attend the opening of the rugby association opening event for Wallabies and NZ's All Blacks. They moved the opening as the forecast tomorrow is heavy rain. Both teams were ok and my presence is very important and the prime minister will grace the event too. I'm sorry I may be late for dinner.. Please go ahead, you need to eat on time, ok? I wont't stay long ..I love you "
