Back to School (Part 2)

                                    

                                          
It was 8:00 PM evening, perfect time for outgoing activities, even Kris thought so. Susie met up with him at a local restaurant. They took a seat and looked at eachother. After 5 minutes of silence, one of them spoke up:
                          
"Not gonna lie, why do I feel like we're a date?" - Susie said.
                          
Kris lets out a chuckle, she was right after all but she didn't know that. Soon, they ordered the foods and began to eat. During that time, they discussed about topics they both interested in, even laughed.
                          
After dinner, they got out of the restaurant. Kris invited Susie to watch the stars and she agreed. They stood by the rails, looking at the beautiful dark sky.
                          
"Wow, I haven't move my ass outside for so long, I can't believe they look this beautiful!" - The dino girl complimented.
                          
"Yeah, we should really watch them often!" - Kris suggested.
                          
"Agree! And hey, I have a question.."
                          
Susie turned to the human, who then looked at her. Her eyes made contact with Kris as her expression got serious.
                          
"Why did you invite me out for dinner AT evening? Are you trying to tell me something, Kris?"
                          
He blushed, trying to come up an excuse - "Well, because I feel like it! Besides, today's evening looks beautiful to me"
                          
Susie giggled, then continued
                          
"Don't lie Kris, I can see what you actually mean through that voice. You're taking me out for a date right?"
                          
"What?? No I don't!"
                          
"Heyy, stop denying, I like you too you know?" - The dino giggled again.
                          
"Wait, you're serious?" - Kris blushed deeper.
                          
"Of course I am, this is the best fucking night I've ever been!"
                          
They stared, then both laughed after. Kris sighed in relief, he found someone who has the same feelings for him.
                          
"Yeah, me too. By the way, we should go home now, school starts tomorrow"
                          
"Right, see ya punk!"
                          
Susie waved at him as both of them head back home. That was a nice date, at least to Kris.
