Since Ashton clocked into work today he had been waiting for the gorgeous pink haired girl to walk through the door. He waited hours and hours until he finally heard the sound of the annoying bells.
He felt a strange feeling in his stomach as he saw the familiar girl walk through the door. Her hair was now yellow and it suit her perfectly. She looked over towards him and smiled, showing her small dimples. As she browsed through the many records and CDs that the store owned, Ashton decided to write her a letter. He was too nervous to walk up to her and chat.
He searched around for a piece of paper and gave up after 3 minutes of looking. So once again he watched as she shopped.
He knew that she would almost be done soon. He debated on whether or not he should go up to her again but then decided against it. He wouldn't want her to think he's weird, he was starting to like her. She was perfect to him, but he didn't know her biggest secret.
All he wanted to do was to talk to her. He did enjoy watching her from a far more than he enjoyed actually talking. But how else would he find out about her?
Ashton perked up as she started heading towards him. She stood in front of him, handing him less items than she had gotten the day before.
He decided to start up a conversation as he bagged her items, but it didn't last long.
"So, what's your name?" He asked her nervously, not making eye contact.
She looked at the messy curls that were on his head and felt her cheeks warming up. She bit her lip as she answered.
"My name is Emily." She spoke while grabbing her items. Then she was gone.
