"Okay. What do we do now?" Sophie, Biana, Linh, Fitz, Tam, and Dex had all sat themselves down in the hallway, not knowing where else to stay. It was all very unsettling, and Mr. Forkle had said that he and Granite would come back the next day. But Sophie was not going to let the waiting time go to waste. She knew Mr. Forkle implied for them to rest, and take a tour, but every second they lost, Keefe lost more of a chance of being rescued...

"We have to figure this out," Sophie answered, resisting the urge to pull on an itchy eyelash. "We can do this, we've done it before."

"Yeah, I guess, But don't you think we should maybe, take a break?" Dex asked, scrunching his eyebrows together. "I think we're all really tired. We won't be able to think straight."

"Mhm hm," Biana agreed. "We should make better use of this time, resting, and recovering for the next day!"

"I really do think all of us feel worn out," Linh added, gathering the moisture from the air and spraying it refreshingly over everybody's faces. It did feel amazing, but also annoying. Calming down was not an option at this point.

"I know I know, but still." Sophie tried to be open minded, but who knew? This whole crisis was confusing, and...

A blaring headache sprang into of her head, aches settling deep into her brain. It felt like a wriggling thing was squeezing her brain in every possible way. A misty cloud seemed to block her view, she wanted it to stop - The headache dropped away as soon as it came, and Sophie found herself hunched over on the floor, exhausted.

"And this is why you should go to bed," Fitz said gently, worry lines creasing his forehead.

Tam nodded his agreement. "Keefe isn't my favourite, but I wanna save him as much as you guys. And to be honest, we're in no shape to 'plan' like this."

Sophie wanted to argue, but another deep ache settled into her head. She didn't even know what to think at this point. She hoped the break would help her rescue Keefe, not to mention, Silveny and Greyfell. Sophie couldn't believe that she had almost forgotten about them. The whole thing was just too overwhelming. She didn't remember having much sleep or rest in between anyways... Maybe her friends were right. Maybe it'd actually help to take a short nap.

"Fine," she decided. "I'm gonna get up straight in the morning though. The rest is good, but I know we need to form a plan."

"The rest will be worth it," Linh assured. "To be honest, I don't think a few hours, in this whole - I'm not sure - problem will change anything."

"So yeah. Take a break!" Dex agreed.

"I think we should all take a break you guys. Dunno bout all of you, but I'm really tired. I feel like I could collapse right now," Biana confessed, tilting her head and observing everybody.

"I think so too," Fitz yawned, and Sophie couldn't help yawning as well. Soon, everyone was yawning, and before she knew it, found herself lying on her soft fuzzy bed, wondering what would happen next. She honestly didn't know, and so many things were out of her control,, and even though she wanted everything right, she was forced to wait. And didn't know if it would affect the future. Was this type of patience good? Or was it just satisfying her? Her head throbbed with all the worries tormenting her. Silveny and Greyfell, what if Wynn and Luna were feeling devastated, and losing spirit because they were being kept away from their parents? It would surely cause trauma for both pairs of alicorns, especially at the age of the little alicorns. As for Silveny and Greyfell... They had already gone through so much suffering, not to mention, soporodine. Soporodine was known to be more lethal when contacted twice. And Keefe. Keefe was still captured. She felt bad knowing that he was probably stuck, forced to do orders by his cruel mother, while she was lounging on a beautiful calm bed, with most that surrounded her. Though, she did still have her problems. But she still felt that it was nothing compared to what Keefe was going through. Sophie didn't want to give a certain thought, much concern, too scared if it may be true, but she couldn't stop her mind from trying to think of the possibilities... If Keefe was tortured.

Suddenly, a blaring headache, louder than ever spiked into her brain. Sophie wanted to tear her brain out from the shock and pain, but also like last time, it disappeared with a flash. She stayed on the bed, eyes wide, and drowsily closed them, the last aches in her brain fading away, unable to do anything else. Even think...
