"Ditto."

"What do you mean?" he looked at her perplexed while being reminded of what Sungjae has told him last night. I met her three years ago...

"I think it was after we hosted an event - a wedding if I remember it right. It's been months since her lover dumped her for another girl and seeing her chatting animatedly and laughing with a guy in tux comforted us," she paused then nodded towards Joy and Sungjae, "they were like that back then. It seemed like she moved on and forgot that lover of hers who was a complete jerk. She was starting to open up her heart again... but something unexpected happened that night after the event," she stared at nothing in particular as if recalling something unpleasant, her brows furrowed and turned into a frown. "WHY am I even telling all this to you?!" Wendy looked at Eunkwang in disbelief while feeling a bit guilty at revealing something about her friend.

Eunkwang who was attentively listening to her story chuckled all of a sudden when she started babbling at the latter part, "you're telling me... maybe because I asked?"

Her eyes crinkled at the corner as she giggled. She sighed then tapped his shoulder gently, "Let's keep this to ourselves then..."

He was smiling at her when his facial expression abruptly changed; his eyes widened as if a light bulb turned on in his head after putting together bits and pieces of the story which led to a bigger picture. "Sungjae is the type of person that keeps his feelings to himself... but three years ago, at her sister's wedding, I saw him approach someone - one of the event photographers."

She gasped then quickly placed her hand over her mouth. They both stared at each other unblinkingly in disbelief.

"The organizer that time was renowned for being one of the best in town for hosting and making epic and unique events. From what I knew, they were called Red Velvet and they were mainly composed and owned by five individuals which are all females." He looked at her who was happily pointing at herself and nodding at the mention of Red Velvet. "This is unbelievable!" He exclaimed in awe.

"Then tell me how is Sungjae's sister related to BTOB? From what I heard, BTOB is a group of seven successful men and they own the island where the wedding was held," she grabbed his arm, unable to contain her excitement.

He grinned at her mysteriously. "Let's promise each other first that whatever is revealed today, we'll be keeping it to ourselves."

She nodded then placed her right hand on her chest, "I promise."

"Sungjae and I... we're BTOB."

"Oh. Ooohhhhh... Woow!! Oh my gosh!! I... Wow. Really..." she gushed, full of excitement once again.

He placed a finger before his pursed lips signaling her to hush down. He tilted his head to the side as if confused at something. "Why does it seem like Joy is clueless? Sungjae remembers her..." he asked bewilderedly.

"It's because something awful happened that night and it still remains unsolved until now," she sadly explained. "I shouldn't have mentioned this to you but after revealing that you're one of the BTOB who owned that island from three years ago, there's a great possibility that you can help shed some light on the incident that happened in the past. Joy lost some of her memories of B island... the doctors told us its temporary but it has already been three years... We don't know who did it to her and we still don't trust the guy in tux."

His jaw dropped, horrified at what he just heard.

"Let's keep this to ourselves," she looked at him pleadingly.

"I swear I won't say anything even to my comrades unless necessary... and I'll do my best to help you find the culprit," he raised his right hand and put it in his chest. "I promise," he whispered with sincerity.

"Joy, grab your things, we're leaving," Wendy called out to her from the living room. She was looking for her things in what seemed to be Sungjae's room.

"I'll be there in a sec," she shouted back while searching for her things. She found her laptop and camera on top of the computer desk. She took it hastily and in doing so accidentally knocked a vintage-looking leather bound notebook off the table. It landed on the floor with a thud, a photo peeking out from one of its pages.

She placed her gadgets back on the table again before reaching out for the notebook on the floor. She glanced at the photo and examined it. Lanterns that seemed to magically float in the air adorned a big tree and illuminated a pathway lighted with candles of different sizes. A man in tuxedo was looking at a woman wearing a blue dress, their side profiles only showing in the photo, while they both smiled at each other.

The place and people in the photo seemed familiar. She inspected the photo more closely. She is a hundred percent sure that the man in the photo was Sungjae and the lady standing next to him was... it was her.

How can this be? Is that really me in the photo? Her head started to throb in pain. She started pulling her hair as if it would help relieve the discomfort in her head.

"Joy, are you okay?" Sungjae's worried voice seemed to echo in the room. She looked at the direction of his voice, her eyes losing its focus. She closed her eyes and started counting. One...Two... Three...

He kneeled on the floor, right next to her, in a flash, his warm hand wrapping around her hand, preventing it from pulling her hair. He saw his journal and their photo scattered on the floor. What's happening? "Joy, are you okay," he asked again as he pulled her into a hug.

Her ears were right next to his chest and she can clearly hear his heart beating fast. She continued counting, waiting for the pain to subside. She felt safe wrapped in his warm embrace.

Wendy and Eunkwang who entered the room in a rush after seeing Sungjae run inside looked at each other knowingly at the sight of a photo taken from three years ago.
