Omega and Jet searched around the Guild to see if anyone was still there and found Flutter and Solomon were both currently still in their dorms.

After the Shadow Wars, Flutter had decided to join Maryland's team and they even recently added a Riolu as a new member.

Solomon, meanwhile, opened up to other members of the Bolt Guild after Zen's death. Solomon revealed he had been waiting to evolve for quite some time. Within a few weeks,  he had become a Reuniclus.

Maryland, the Riolu, and Kut were all out on a joint mission that Flutter and Solomon had opted out of. Leaving the two of them at the guild with nothing better to do.

The four of them got ready and jumped into the portal to the Grand Woods.

Connor's territory had livened up some ever since he elected to assist the Bolt Guild in the Battle for Malena.

It was still made up of black trees and large branches that covered most of the light. But now the Murkrow would welcome Pokémon in need and give them supplies and guidance to the Bolt Guild if they needed further assistance.

Connor's efforts had majorly helped in repopulating the Guild and Central Town. Much to Omega's surprise, he had been a trustworthy new ally.

A Murkrow landed on a branch and Omega asked him where they had spotted the Shadow Pokémon. "Yeah, yeah," The Murkrow said. "The west exit of the fifth floor is where we saw it, yeah. Not too terribly far from the Shadow Forest where the Tessamine lab is, yeah."

Jet wanted to make a comment but Omega spoke before he could. "Thank you very much." He said. The Murkrow flew off and the team proceeded into the woods.

"So some of those Shadows are still controlling Pokémon?" Flutter confirmed.

Jet nodded. "Sure are. At least, allegedly. Marshadow was real messed up when he heard that."

Flutter knocked away an attacking Pokémon. "Goodness, those Shadows aren't very nice at all."

Jet chuckled. "That's one way to put it."

Omega was in the lead and took the group around a lake. "Poor Marshadow though," He said softly to Jet. "He leaves for a vacation, comes home, and finds there are still Pokémon making trouble."

"I empathize with the Shadow King's plight," Solomon made Omega jump. Was he really that loud? "Fortunately, my Future Sight hasn't foretold of any major tragedy." The group began to climb up another set of stairs.

"That's a relief," Jet said. "We're only getting the normal amount of tragedy."

Omega knew Jet was only joking but the Seviper's line only served to get Omega's mind conjuring up 'normal' tragedies. "T-this is floor five." Omega came to a stop as they arrived at the fifth floor.

Flutter flapped his wings and took off into the sky. A few minutes later, he landed next to Omega. "The exit's not too far from here, Mr. Omega!" The Pidgeotto pointed his wing in the direction he had flown from.

The group continued to the spot without incident and Omega could feel something off. Whether that was his nerves or his instinct, he wasn't sure.

"So what now?" Jet asked. "Is there like... a trail we can follow?"

Solomon drifted in front of them. "Not quite. But, I may be able to detect something. Give me a moment." Solomon closed his eyes and held up his arms.

Jet looked over at Omega while they waited for Solomon to finish what he was doing. "So if we don't find anything want to get milkshakes at the cafe?"
