Song: Down - Marian Hill.

All Alastor can do is keep watching… and he hated it.

On the other side of the café there was a lovey-dovey couple, acting all cute and charming like their relationship is the best.

But he knew what happens when the curtains close and the lights turns down in this disgusting act that they are putting. James Woods, the almost 40 years-old man who is a war veteran and his much younger wife (Y/n) Woods.

Alastor knew the way this bastard treated his wife, he knew about Mr. Woods’s alcoholism and the fact that this excuse of man tends to spend most of his money in night-clubs and then wake up in some random girl’s bed, even when Mr. Woods has the most beautiful woman by his side, he still acted like a scumbag and disappear for the night.

But Ms. Woods wasn’t any better, and Alastor knows best that anybody else in this place. Since he was the one who has been keeping her bed warm while her husband is away.

With a grin he looks down at his black coffee, remembering the first time he met the woman.

Cleaning the blood off his mouth, Alastor walks around the park searching for his next victim since he couldn’t completely eat the last one due to the fact that she was a smoker, consequently, her flesh tasted like it was rotten.

Looking up the dark sky he lowly hums a song that he heard earlier on the city’s streets, suddenly, he stops as he spots a distracted young woman with a white dress sitting on a bench looking at the moon. For a second, he thinks that the beautiful woman might be a ghost for her calming aura and poker face but that won’t save her.

Sneaking behind her he place his knife on her neck lifting her face to have a better look of her terrorized eyes, except that her eyes didn’t express any feelings.

“Are you going to kill me?” she looks at his eyes.

“Yes, darling. Any last words?” he presses harder the knife hoping to get some reaction but he didn’t got any.

“Can you not slit my throat open? It’ll stain my dress”

He raises an eyebrow “And how do you suggest that I should kill you?”

“Choke me to death, maybe” she looks apart from the man and looks back to the moon.

Curiosity takes the best of him as he puts the knife down and sits next to the woman “May I ask what are you doing here?”

“I’m waiting for my husband so we can go out to have dinner”

He checks his pocket watch “It’s three in the morning, darling”

“Then he forgot it… again, the most probably thing it’s that he’s at other woman’s house”

“And you just stayed here”

“Here or at home… it’s the same”

“Here’s a serial killer that might kill you”

“That’s why here is better than home” she face the man with a smile on her lips.

He couldn’t help but chuckle at her statement.

They turned their head when they heard a whistling man walking not too far from them.

Alastor stands up “Wait here”

She nods and looks at the moon as hears muffled screams and cries also the sound of flesh being ripped apart. After a couple of minutes, the man sits down next to her again and cleans his mouth.

“So… What’s your name, darling?”

After that day they became closer, he told her about the radio show that he had and she didn’t miss one of his talks on the radio and what started as a friendship, it ended on something more passionate.

At night, Alastor would walk into her neighborhood and watches her bedroom’s window. If she leaves a white handkerchief on it, it means that she was home alone and if she doesn’t then that’s because her husband was in there.

Today wasn’t different to the other days. He would go to the café to have his black coffee and stalk the married couple, then have his radio show and at night go for walk to hunt his victim and then walk towards (Y/n)’s house.

When he sees the handkerchief on the window his smile widens and knocks the door.

Opening the door, stands a young woman wearing a short dressing gown letting the man in, she closes the door as Alastor grabs her by the waist and starts kissing her neck.

After a couple of hours the lovers were dressing up.

“I don’t understand why I can’t stay” he looks at the woman in front of him.

“I’m a married woman” she mutters.

“I already told you, let me kill your husband so you can marry me” he stands in front of her.

“People will talk” she looks up at him.

“Then I’ll kill them as well” he cups her face “I can’t share you anymore”

The woman sighs “Are you going to kill him in the most painful way possible?”

“Of course I will” he smirks "So... Are you down?"

She grabs his hands and kisses his jaw
“Okay”
