1) 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗮 :
The Chupacabra (or Goatsucker) is a scary monster that is believed to drain the blood of its victims. There have been sightings of this creature in Puerto Rico, Nicaragua, Chile and Mexico. It is responsible for animal mutilations, killing livestock like goats, cattle and horses.
The Chupacabra is like some kind of vampire that prays on animals. Farmers have found their animals lying dead on the ground with puncture wounds in their necks and all the blood drained from their bodies.
2) 𝗟𝗮 𝗟𝗲𝗰𝗵𝘂𝘇𝗮 :
The Lechuza is a scary Mexican urban legend or myth about an old woman who can turn into a giant black bird. ''Lechuza'' means ''Owl'' in English. This story is also known as ''La Mujer Lechuza'' which means ''The Owl Witch''.
They will prey on people who they think have done them wrong or they will steal children to use in their occult rituals. Some say that the Lechuza has sold her soul to the devil in order to gain her powers.
3) 𝗟𝗮 𝗟𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗮 :
La Llorona, (''The Weeping Woman'' or ''the cry'') is one of Mexico's most famous urban legends. A woman was abandoned by her husband and was left alone to raise her two sons, out of grief and anger she threw her children in a river and killed them. As a result of her actions the woman is condemned to wander for all eternity until she find the bodies of her children, often causing misfortune to those who are near or hear her.
4) 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 :
This urban legend involves a priest who, in 1780, was supposedly murdered by two teenage boys in a small city in Mexico. The boys were hung for their crime and their hands were cut off.
It's said if you walk down the alley where the priest died during the month of November, you can see a pair of ghostly hands floating above you.
5) 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝘂𝘀 :
Right outside the city of Toluca, Mexico, there was supposedly a horrible bus accident that killed everyone on board. If you walk down that particular section of highway at night, some say you can see the bus and the driver will even pick you up.
Everyone on board is dead, however, and the driver will eventually kick you off before you reach your destination saying ''Go now and don't look back''.
