CHAPTER 10: A New Obstacle
News had gotten out that the underground hero had kids, it was suprising to say the least that the underground hero managed to hide the fact for so long.
The staff was in chaos, just who exactly are Aizawa's mystery children?
Nezu was particularly interested, the pro-hero himself admitted that he adopted two troublesome kids. Because of that slip, he often gets asked of who they are or what they look like. Some asked if they were/ will they be attending UA, which Aizawa just shrugged to.
After exhausting days like those, he is often welcomed by the smell of dinner and the sound of cats which he was delighted to hear.
And not to mention his noisy kids who just can't seem to shut up.
"So if Kaki were to.. and I would hit him with the help of Kaki I should be able to do that.. What do you mean stupid? Ugh, Im not the one whose privacy was stolen." Izuku mumbled profusely annoying his dad who just got home.
"WHAT HAPPENED TO MY COFFEE JELL!Y?!" Dabi shouted, stomping into the living room. Izuku sweatdropped as he stood and tried to escape, the teen activated his quirk and was about to attack his brother when their dad used his capture gear to wrap the older of the two, making him look like a mummy.
"I arrive at work exhausted, leave work exhausted and now I have to arrive and leave my own apartment exhausted? Give it a break you damn kids." The underground hero groaned, letting go of the teen.
"Dad!" Izuku turned around and smiled, Dabi crossing his arms and clicking his toungue mumbling something along the lines of 'Almost got him'. The two siblings went into the kitchen and called their dad, they were in charge of dinner today after all.
"What kind of abomination did you two make?" Aizawa sat up and went to the cozy kitchen where he suprisingly smelt something good.
"We actually tried today!" Izuku was holding a cookbook for Dabi whilst Kaki helped the older brother.
Pfft, you did nothing!
What do you mean nothing? Im the one holding your guide! Izuku pouted,
Well yea I suppose so, but Dabi can barely see what he's making cuz the book is in front of the damn pan!
Izuku widened his eyes and slightly moved the book to the left, away from his brother.
"Finally Kaki told you." Dabi snickered as he was finishing up their dinner, the green-haired boy smelled salmon.
"Eh? Why didn't you bother telling me?" Izuku questioned his brother, "I wanted to see how long it'll take for them to tell you, no other reason." The older teen smiled while finishing up their supper.
After their dad set the table and dinner was finally served, they all took a seat and ate in a comfortable silence. It was soon disrupted by Dabi's snort, he was holding his laugh since his younger brother just looked stupid! Izuku was feeling where his plate was while Kaki had already picked up a spoon waiting for the boy to notice.
Izuku seemed to have got the message as he blushee and gratefully ate with the help of Kaki.
Soon after they ate, the youngest's phone dinged.
Sleep-deprived Plum sent a voicemail 9:48pm
"While I was walking, the beach was like a trash dump. Wanna clean it as training? You need some muscle."
"Sure, but I don't think i'll be much of help on my own. I'll need Kaki to assist me. So does that count as cheating?
(o'ω'o)?"
Mumbling Freak sent a voicemail.
9:50pm"I..nah. Don't you dare use them to pick up stuff you dweeb."
Sleep-deprived Plum sent a voicemail.
9:56pmIzuku chuckled at this as Kaki transformed into a cane, he walked to his room and decided to hit the sack.
When morning came, the youngest woke up earlier than usual. With no one awake yet, he can ditch the blindfold for the meantime.
He missed seeing everything, even the littlest things. Izuku fixed up some breakfast, ate a bit the went and left the household with his blindfold on yet again.
Kaki turned into a cane as per usual, guiding the young boy to Dagobah Municipal Beach Park.
As they got there, the dim mist informed of Shinso's presence waiting for him.
"Zu-kun! Down here." His purple-haired friend shouted and he quickly went down.
"Toshi! Your here early. Have you been waiting awhile?" Izuku asked him, it was half past 6.
"Nah, not really. I just got here about 5 minutes ago. Even if you can't see it, this dump sure is huge." Shinso muttered, looking at the endless piles of trash engulfed in and on the sand.
Izuku chuckled as Kaki dragged him close to the pile and he tried feeling and guessong what the lightest one was.
"Zu-kun, that's a fridge." Hitoshi informed him chuckling slightly as Izuku fumed in embarresment. "I..It's not my fault! Blame Kaki, he told me it was just a small microwave." The boy pouted as Kaki stopped fooling around and guided the boy to where the lightest pieces of trash were.
Moments after, according to Shinso and Kaki, it seemed like they finished a quarter of the beach. The two boys stretched their arms. "Ne, what time is it?" The green-head questioned.
"..2:00pm, why?" They were here for a while.
"Really? We haven't eaten lunch yet, wanna go grab some?" Izuku offered, "Why not? Lets go." Shinso agreed as they both stood up, Kaki turned into a cane again.
Arriving at the heart of the city, Shinso saw the No.2 hero Endeavor patrolling around.
//(just writing his name makes my skin crawl.)//
Izuku was informed about this, he scowled. He never had a grudge for the hero but something about the action's he's done for the people just makes him shudder.
He felt bad for whoever had him as a father; yet Izuku was not one to talk.
