Amy's POV:

I pull out my cell phone frantically, texting Christina.

Me: Can you come pick me up?

Chris: Sure, but I though Hannah's parent's were going to drop you off.

Me: Things happened.

Chris: Are you sure you want me to come?

Me: Yes, please, and quick!

Chris: Okay, be there in 15.

I pace in front of Hannah's front door as I wait for Christina's car.

Once she arrives, I hop into the passenger seat and hope Christina doesn't ask too many questions.

"What happened?" Christina asks, turning out of Hannah's driveway.

"W... what do you mean?"

"I'm picking you up early. Something had to have happened. Plus, you even texted, 'things happened'."

"I guess they just aren't real friends," I tell her, changing my position so I'm staring out the window.

"Aw, Ames!" she pulls into the nearest parking lot, and gives me a quick hug before shifting in her seat to look at me. I can tell she's about to rant. "How do you feel about it?"

"I'm not sure. Conflicted, I guess."

"Conflicted? How?"

"I feel that I wasn't good enough to be their friend, but at the same time I feel that they just weren't right me for me."

"Amy!" Here comes the rant. "Amy, you are good enough in every way, shape, and form and I hate it when and if you think otherwise. If they don't want to be your friend, well, their loss. I know you're having trouble finding real friends, but rest assured, your time will come and you will find your forever friend. In the meantime, however, you have me and the rest of your sisters to spend time and create everlasting bonds with. They are guaranteed forever friends. Again, Ames, you are good enough just the way you came into this world, and just because this friendship didn't work out doesn't mean others won't. You don't need to change to fit others standards. Okay?"

I smile and look back at Christina, who opens her arms. We hug, and once we break apart, she kisses me on the forehead and we're back on the road.

--One month later--

"Christina! We're going to be late!"

It was my first sleepover at Caylie's house. I met her a few weeks ago, when she moved here from Wisconsin.

When Christina and I are in the car, I notice she has tears in her eyes.

"Chris? What's wrong?"

"Nothing, I'm just happy you've found a new friend. Your last sleepover didn't go so well."

"I remember, you don't need to remind me."

Christina chuckles lightly. "Your friend, Caylie, seems like a nice person."

"She is," I nod, smiling.

"I'm glad."

--The next morning--

"How was it, Ames?" Christina questions. She had just picked me up from Caylie's.

"It was SPECTACULAR. We have so much more in common than we thought! We both enjoy reading- a lot, we're both people persons, we're both outgoing and bubbly, and obviosly, we're both below average height!" I exclaim.

"Good to hear. I assume this isn't the last of Caylie."

"We are TOTALLY destined to be friends."

"I can see that," Christina smiles.
