Christie was a pain in my ass through out the day. Since Logan and her broke up, the girl thought I'd come over and forget everything she done and start fresh with her.

She was insane. I won't and I will never let Lola go just for her and I'd do anything to stay that way.

That's why I was outside Christie's door, picking her up for the party.

Don't judge. Let me explain.

Christie knew something about me that may put my relationship with Lola into the drain, I can't let her do that, so I basically agreed to pick her up and attend the party so she'll shut her mouth.

"Thanks sweetie."She beamed at me the moment she seated on the passenger's seat. I rolled my eyes at her, not saying anything. And why can't she just pour all the perfume in her body? I almost gag to think that I used to like that smell.

"Come on Seb. We used to be so happy. Can't you smile now?"She poked my arms and smiling widely at me and I glared at her.

Can't she take a hint that I didn't want to talk to her? I don't even want to see her, much smell the same air as her.

"Leave me the fuck alone, Tina. I did pick you up, I'd attend this stupid party your cousin was throwing, and that was all!"I gritted my teeth. She infuriated me.

She formed a duck face, she's not even cute. I hate her. She almost ruin my life and she ruined my cousin's life.

She squirmed at her seat, slowly inching her flowery skirt, her underwear was almost seen. Damn, I hate her guts. She's hot, sure. But I won't ever be touching that.

"In that case, I may be about to tell your girl about our past ---"

I abruptly stop the car and if she wasn't a girl, I may have punch her in the face because I really really wanted to.

Her eyes widen when she saw my dark expression and grabbed the door handle.

"Don't you dare or I'll ruin you Christina. I'm only doing this because of Xander. How many times do I have to tell you to leave Lola alone?!" I said to her intently.

"Look Seb, we belong to each other."

"Would you like Nana Emerald to know about how your Dad blackmailed me for something that I didn't do?"I will do anything to protect Lola and if it means I'll have to use Nana Emerald's power to this, then so be it.

She didn't utter any other word after that, to my relief. The car ride was longer than it really was and I sighed in relief when I parked my car outside Red's big house.

Christie was taking her time walking out of my car and I won't wait for her so I open my door and about to leave her behind but she jogged next to me.

She gripped my arms, I was about to untangle her nails that was digging at my skin when she talked.

"Sorry. Okay? I really do, please Seb..."She said, her voice slightly shaking, her eyes were in tears and I hate it! I hate drama, I hate girls crying for fuck's sake!

That was literally my weakness. My mother taught me when I was a kid that I can't just abandoned a crying girl and I respect my mother so much to leave Christie now, face soaking in tears. Fuck my life.

I groaned inwardly and rubbed her back awkwardly while she automatically hugged my waist, mumbling about how sorry she was and she just want to reconcile and all that shit. I may comforted her but I won't ever be back with her. Not now, not in my lifetime. Never.

When she finally stop, I took a step slowly away from her and looked at her to check if she's really okay.

Okay, she wasn't looking okay. She was a messed. Her eyes were swollen and red and all her mascara and all that shit in her eyes were all now melted in her face forming a map-like images.  I cringed. Not a good sight to see and I'm not the kind of guy to lend his own handkerchief to someone so I left her alone without any words. I'm an ass, who cares? She'll be fine.

I entered the house, bobbing my head slightly to the music while looking for Cliff. I was really not in the mood to party this Friday, I better had sleepover with my girl but I just can't ditch this damn party tonight.

Missing my girl, I go outside the party house and I called her to check where she was. I was a shitty boyfriend not checking up on her awhile ago. To be honest, I didn't call because I didn't want to talk to her earlier. I didn't want to lie to her and I didn't want her to be in this party.

"Yes?"She answered her phone coldly.

"Babe, I miss you."I told her. Because I really do.

She didn't answered but I clearly heard her snorted. My lips formed a wide smile, imagining her beautiful face contorted slightly.

"Where are you?"She asked instead. I cleared my throat. Not able to answer immediately but lying to her wouldn't be right and won't do good between us so I nodded my head though she can't see me.

"I'm at a party?" I cringed to the tone of my voice. I heard her sigh loudly.

"I'll see you there. We need to talk."

"Wait, babe!" I was about to tell her I love her but she hanged up on me already.

I groaned. All of this will go drastically, I just feel it. I should have told her about my past but I was a coward. Maybe I should just leave the party early then we can talk it out later at my place.

"Seb, Miranda, Kenneth and Xander are upstairs."I heard Christie behind me. I sighed. This will probably ruin things between Lola and I but I can't just abandoned Xander like that, not in this situation.

I walked towards the door, hoping that Lola wasn't inside the house yet. People step aside when they saw me, giving me enough space to walk without bumping with anyone. I directly went upstairs, my strides were long and in a hurry. I may not say it verbally but I was excited to see Xander again. It's been months, maybe three or four since I saw him.

Christie opened the third door to the right, gesturing for me to enter first and I didn't hesitate. I first saw Kenneth, he was standing at the foot of the bed, while Miranda was sitting at the sides, smiling widely when she saw me.

"Look Xandy, look who is here."Miranda announced making the 9 month old baby looked my way. Xander smiled brightly when he saw me then started crawling towards me, making him almost fall from the bed.

I run immediately, catching him on time. I chuckled from this, Kenneth and Miranda too.

His baby smell invaded my nose making me sniffed him. So angelic and peaceful. This caused a smile in my mouth. I automatically lifted him, cradling him in my arms.

"I miss you..."I whispered on his ear.

"Dadaaaa." He giggled. I sighed. I missed even his little voice.
