"Your first task," Minho says over breakfast the next day, "is to get me a glass of orange juice."

I swallow my cereal before glancing up at him. "That's all?"

"For now, yes."

Hyunjin gently elbows my side, looking up at me with a confused expression. "You're taking orders from him, now?" he asks. "Why?"

"Kindness debt" is the only answer I can give that summarizes my situation. I squeeze myself out of the bench area, accidentally knocking my knee against the random person on my other side. I recognize the red hair in an instant and make a mental note to talk to Lee Felix when I return.

I pour a glass of orange juice for Minho; time seems to crawl by. Before I know it, the liquid had spilled over the sides and is all over my hands. Great. Now they're going to be sticky.

Minho accepts the messy job nonetheless and gives me a slight pat on the head, leaning over the table for a moment. After turning my attention away from him, I set about befriending Felix from Bunk 128.

"Hey, aren't you Fe—"

"Jisungie!" Minho calle out, interrupting me and catching both Felix's and my attention.

I look at him, tired and expectant. "Yes, Minho?"

He shrugs. "Nothing." I raise an eyebrow. "Just wanted to say hi. Who's this?"

Something clicks in my mind as I introduce Felix and Minho, noting the way the latter seems more interested in eye contact with me than any contact with the former.

Minho is keeping you around him, Jisung, I tell myself. The debt? This? Get a grip.
