“I brought this with me. I thought we could drink some of this.” Finn said once they were standing in her room. He showed a bottle of whiskey he took on his way to her room. He sat down on the ground and leaned with his back against the wall while opening the bottle and taking a gulp of it. The liquid burning down his throat what made his face scrunch up. He sticked the bottle out to Clarke who looked at it hesitantly. She knew without the drinks she had before, she would have never asked Finn to come up here. Why did she even do that? If she would drink more now she didn’t know where it would end but skipping it would make her look like a softy. And she didn’t want to ruin her reputation with him. Not that she had any reputation with him already but it seemed like he was interested in her and she didn’t want to fuck that up. So she took the bottle and sat down next to him, taking a gulp of it. Finn laughed when he saw her face and she started to cough. “Who even drinks that? It’s disgusting.” Clarke said while still half coughing and she gave the bottle back to Finn. “It gets better the more you drink it. Believe me.” He said and he offered her the bottle again. She held his gaze for a few seconds, debating whether to take it or deny it. She didn’t know why but her hand naturally went to the bottle and she took another gulp of it. “And?” He asked when he saw her swallowing it. “I think you’re right but it’s still not good.” Clarke said and the boy chuckled while taking another gulp of it too. “Weren’t you here to put more clothes on?” He asked while playing with the top of the bottle. “I’m not that cold anymore now I’m inside.”
“I know another way how we could get hot.” He asked with a grin and Clarke looked at him with raised eyebrows. He got up from the ground and reached out for Clarke’s hand. “I don’t know what you were thinking but I was talking about dancing.” He said with a grin, knowing what Clarke was thinking about. “Oh… Yeah. Dancing always gets me hot.” Clarke said while scratching the back of her head out of embarrassment. “So princess, can I have this dance?” He asked and Clarke nodded. He pulled her closer against his body, Clarke’s head resting against his shoulder. The smell of his perfume together with the drinks she had made her head dizzy. She knew if Finn would let her go now that she would stagger. But it didn’t seem like he would let go. He held her hand and his other and laid on her waist while they moved on a song he was humming. After a while of dancing like that, Clarke moved her hands to his neck and both of his hands moved down to her waist. They were staring each other in the eyes and slowly starting to move slower and slower until they came to a stop.
The longer they stared at each other, the faster Clarke’s heart started to beat.Clarke couldn’t believe what was happening. Finn Collins was kissing her? She didn’t even lean it. It was him. He leaned in and was currently kissing her. Clarke forced herself to stop thinking and focus more on the kissing. She could feel his hands slowly going under her shirt, his hands touching the heated skin of her back. He pushed her on her bed, pulling out his shirt before leaning over her to kissing her again. Clarke wasn’t even sure if what was happening was real. It didn’t feel like it. Clarke didn’t realise someone had knocked on her door until Finn got off her and put his shirt back on. Clarke saw the brunette in her doorway and her face immediately hardened. “What?” Clarke asked mad. “The police is here. They want everyone downstairs.” Lexa said and she quickly looked between the two before leaving them alone again. “Who’s that?” Finn asked and Clarke groaned. “No one. Let’s go.” Clarke said and they walked downstairs. “There is noise disturbance. The music is too loud and a few neighbours called us to come here. So put the music down.” The police said. “Come on. It wasn’t that loud. What’s a party without everyone hearing the music in or around the house.” Finn complained. “Rules are rules kid.” The police officer said. “It’s bullshit.”
“Watch your mouth boy.”
“Or what?” He said while he stood right in front of them. “Finn what are you doing?!” Clarke asked but the boy didn’t answer. “Hands against the wall.” The police said but Finn only laughed. “Now!” They shouted and they pushed Finn against the wall while searching his pockets. “Look what we got here.” The police said while sticking a little sack of pills in the air. “Finn Collins.” The officer read of his ID in his wallet. “You are under arrest for the possession of drugs.” The officer said and Clarke froze to the ground. She couldn’t believe Finn would take drugs. Did he take one before he went to the party? “Party is over people.” The other officer said and everyone started to leave while the officers took Finn away. Clarke ran to her room, shutting the door behind her. She felt like a fool for everything she had done with Finn. She laid down on her mattress and couldn’t believe that minutes ago they were still making out here. The dirty taste of the whiskey that reminded her of Finn was still in her mouth and she didn’t want to think about him at the moment. She got up from her bed and headed downstairs to get some water. She was surprised to see Lexa cleaning up some empty cups that were laying on the ground. She also noticed the blanket and pillow on the couch that wasn’t there before. “What’s that?” Clarke asked and it made the brunette look up from the cups. “I’m sleeping there. It’s clear you don’t want me in the other room. I didn’t want to touch any more stuff so I thought it would be best to sleep here.” Lexa said and Clarke looked around, noticing the mess she had to sleep in and the smell of alcohol and smoke. Lexa was already cleaning up again and Clarke opened the windows before starting to collect cups too. “Maybe it will help the smell.” Clarke said. “Let me help you. It’s faster done with two.” Lexa gave her a short smile before getting back to work. Neither of them said anything. When most of it was cleaned up, Lexa laid down on the couch while Clarke closed the windows again. Clarke was about to walk up the stairs but she stopped and looked at Lexa. “Good night.” She said and Lexa smiled again. “Good night Clarke.” Lexa said back and Clarke went upstairs to her own room now.
