We kept walking into the darkness, the only thing we look could do right now. At the very end of the tunnel, we could see the illumination. I couldn't wait to see how Enchantra looked like, it's been so long. The thing is, Me and Rae were born in Enchantra, but brought up on Earth. We'd never seen how it actually looks like.
The first thing I saw was large mosses that the light helped me see. It looked beautiful for some reason. I decided to walk faster "Wait up!" Rae called out.
As I walk out of the blackness. The light shined brightly, making me move my hand to block it. I opened my eyes and finally got a glimpse of the place. There was a beautiful forest in front of me. Everything was amazing about this, the fresh air, the blossoming flowers and the pixies floating through in the air. They look weird, and tiny.
"Look! Two Suns!" Rae remarked, looking at the sky, pointing at the the sky. I looked up to see the sight. The Suns looked magnificent, I knew that Enchantra had two Suns but I've never seen them. Now, I know I've seen them and I couldn't wait to see the rest of Enchantra. I remember what dad had said to us back at home.
"Astrid would be waiting for you two on the other side. She would be around the place."
Astrid was dad's older sister, even if she was a werewolf and he was a vampire. I wonder if she was here. Half of my dad's relatives lives here, and the rest , back on earth, like us.
As if on the cue, a huge snow wolf walked out of the nearby bushes. It looked so lovely, it's fur coat was, well...as white as snow. It suits its cerulean eyes. There was no doubt, the wolf in front of us was Aunt Astrid.
"She must be Aunt Astrid." Rae whispered to me. I responded by nodding. "Should we approach her?" he asks me. "I don't know." I tell him.
Just as we contemplate whether or not to approach her, she walks towards us. I try staying as calm as possible, she looked suspicious. As beautiful as she looks, she looked terrifying too. It terrifies me.
She stops in front of us and sniffs us both, maybe trying to find dad's lingering scent. Once she makes sure it's the people she's waiting for, she stops sniffing us and climbs on top of us. Rae had yelped, making me laugh. I hugged her, letting my face touch her fur. It was soft ; as if I was hugging the clouds. She was licking us all over while wagging her tail, she had recognised us.
She stops after a while and lowers herself, implying to climb on her. Rae climbs on her first and I follow him, climbing on her. "We should hold on tight." Rae suggests. I hummed and held unto him and Astrid's fur. I yelped as she took off running into the woods.
I'm pretty sure we're in the Everglow woods, it's a part of Enchantra. Just like on earth, Enchantra was sort of far away from the woods. It took a while for us to get to our destination as it was very deep. I could see butterflies flapping their wings merrily, and if I'm not wrong, I can see a pegasus from a distance.
