Preeta's POV
                          
"Srishti, come with me, I want to speak to you!" I said taking her out
                          
"Haan haan, go, at least you will stay away from me, and not trouble me!"
                          
"Oh hello! I trouble you??"
                          
"Yes, that's the only thing you know afterall."
                          
"You trouble me......its not me who troubles you"
                          
"Di! Let's go na, you both fight so much"
                          
"And now sleep and take rest!"
                          
"So caring for me?"
                          
"Oh god, even if I care, you have some problem na!"
                          
"Di and jiju! Stop now please." She said making my eyes wide 
                          
"Srishti, jiju? I am not your jiju! But I can become if your Di agrees."
                          
"Oh god! You just know how to flirt around na!"
                          
"But that word jiju, suits me, hai na Preeta?"
                          
"It does, but not with me, hai na Karan?" I said joking, because he doesn't remember about our marriage.
                          
"Why not Preeta?" He asked smirking
                          
"Because Srishti's jiju is going to be Prithvi, don't you remember?" I look the other side and say as tears fall from my eyes
                          
I didn't want to say all this to him, but as the doctor, said, we have to be normal with him and talk about those things that he remembers.
                          
"Eww! Preeta Arora, very bad choice! I hate him!"
                          
"Me too Karan jiju!"
                          
"Karan, now you sleep, come Srishti!"
                          
I take Srishti out
                          
"What happened Di?"
                          
"He doesn't remember the recent things! He forgot all that happened recently. He thinks that Rishabh ji is not married yet and it is his wedding in few days, so he was telling to think of a plan to stop his wedding and throw Sherlyn out! And get her reports that she is expecting, and she has a boyfriend too! All this Karan remembers.......!" I say but I stop as I see Rakhi maa standing right infront of me.
                          
"Preeta....!" She called out softly
                          
"Haan maa?" I asked in a scared tone, I hope she didn't hear all what I said!
                          
"Beta, I will go to home and come? Mahesh ji is there right, I am saying because now Srishti is there na!" She said making me sigh in relief.
                          
"Thank god she didn't hear anything Di!" Srishti whispered
                          
"Shh! Keep quiet!" I say holding her hand. "Yes of course maa, Srishti is here only, you go and come, or else it's fine, Srishti will stay with me."
                          
"Okay beta! Take care of yourself and you too Srishti beta."
                          
"Bye aunty!" 
"Bye maa! Go safely!"
                          
She left with the driver then I explain what all happened, to Srishti.
                          
"Di, now Kareena bua will surely take advantage and get him married to Mahira!"
                          
"But don't you think, even we can do something then? He just remembers about our friendship, that's really good for us! I think he will not agree Srishti!"
                          
"Let's see Preeta Di, and also I wanted to tell, that Maa went for her work!"
                          
"Thank god! Because if she gets to know about all this, she will get tensed! I can't see her like that."
                          
Till then the doctor comes
                          
"Doctor, how is he now? Like is he completely out of danger? When will he get discharged?"
                          
"He is absolutely fine, but then, we need to keep him under observation for 24 hrs. Then after seeing the way his body reacts to our treatments and medicines and then if he is getting better, you can take him home."
                          
"Thank you so much doctor!" I said, he smiled and went
                          
"Di, what will you do now?"
                          
"Nothing Srishti, I will go home with Karan tomorrow, and stay with him, if I come home, then I am sure that Kareena bua will make him accept Mahira's proposal. And I can't let that happen, I can't see Karan with Mahira or anyone else."
                          
"Di why don't you tell everyone Sherlyn's truth? You have her hospital reports also, and you have her phone call's recording, with her boyfriend! What else do you want?"
                          
"No Srishti, Sherlyn is too cunning! I am sure she will do something! And now no one listens to me."
                          
"But Di, Karan jiju, also knows that truth, and they will listen to him!"
                          
"He is still getting better Srishti, I can't let him get stressed up because of all this! And think about Rishabh ji also! He would have never thought, that his wife is like this, poor Rishabh ji! I feel so bad for him, that he got such a life partner! She is heartless."
                          
"So true Di! But what if, Mahira or Sherlyn try to hurt you?"
                          
"No, I don't think that she will try to harm someone, she is a sweet girl!"
                          
"Seriously Di? You are saying this? Mahira is not a good person, can't you see that? She clearly convinced Karan jiju to marry her, even though she knows that he is already married!"
                          
"I know that Srishti, but I can't say anything right now! We just have to stand beside Karan, and support him!"
                          
"Di you are too innocent for this heartless world and it's people!"
                          
"Srishti! It's just that, when the topic comes to Karan, I listen to my heart, and not my brain!"
                          
"But that doesn't work everytime di! I am sure Mahira will try to harm you, and if she does something, I will not leave her! She better stay away from you and my jiju."
                          
"You are overthinking Srishti! She won't do anything, until and unless she meets her hand with Sherlyn! If she teams up with Sherlyn, then I am sure she will do something!"
                          
"Yes Di! So true, Sherlyn doesn't leave a single opportunity to harm you, or hurt you."
                          
"Umm, I know! Now let's go inside, I am sure Karan is awake." I say
                          
As I enter, I see the most beautiful scene, my Karan, sleeping!
                          
"Haaye! He looks so cute while sleeping na!" I said without realising that Srishti is there.
                          
"Ehem ehem di!" She said making me blush!
                          
I sat next to him, held his hand and ruffled his hair to sleep, he slowly turned back and kept his other hand on mine.
