CHAPTER 2: Dimly-lit Hope
It was truly the best decision he ever made, the two pro-heroes introduced themselves as members of the Wild Wild Pussycats. Along with two more members who were called Ragdoll and Tiger.
The boy felt a little less lonely, he was very grateful they took him in and offered the boy for a place to stay.
"Hey! Izuku don't stay out for too long! Tiger, better keep an eye on him!" The red headed pro-hero Mandalay shouted, she continued to be a mother-like figure to the young soul.
Their banters continued on for several months, closer to a year even.
Izuku was the closest to both Mandalay and Ragdoll, she became more like an aunt to the young boy.
Of course, the question why he was blindfolded didn't get pass them. Before they tried to take it off, Izuku warned them that if they would, it wouldn't be safe.
Tiger was always his personal bodyguard whenever he wanted to go outside, just by the forest though. The young boy was never allowed to go far, due to his disability, even with the pro-hero around.
Their peace was put to an abrupt stop as a huge explosion covered their training grounds. All 4 members suddenly became alert, protecting the 7 and a half year old boy.
"Whats happening..?" Izuku asked, albeit dumbfounded hearing the loud sound that occupied most of his thoughts. He poked who seemed to be Tiger with the handmade cane the 4 made for him.
"Villains, Izuku." Tiger replied with a hushed tone, the 4 were still trying to comprehend where the intruders were coming from.
Suddenly, and quite suprisingly the 3 saw a silver bullet pass through Ragdoll's head.
"RAGDOLL!" Mandalay screamed at the soon-to-be lifeless body whose head was gushing out blood.
"Eh..? Tomo-san?" Izuku tilted his head,
"Why?" He made his voice louder, clearer for them to hear.
"I- Im...getting a bit..sleepy, Zu-kun." Ragdoll managed to cough out.
"Sleep? But its so loud." Izuku reasoned, turning to where the sound of her voice was coming from.
"Where the fùck are those intruders!" Pixie-bob muttered under her breath, shakily turning away from Ragdoll's body.
"Mandalay, get Izuku inside!" Tiger shouted as the red-head took the young boy's hand and ran.
The two held on hope as they ran, the course ground sinking at every step they made.
Pixie-bob made an abundant amount of Earth Beasts, they didn't want to be out-numbered.
They all heard another lightning-fast gunshot that presumelt targeted one of them, who was it you ask?
The bullet curved and went past the Earth Beasts and directly passed through Mandalay's stomach, making her drop to the ground.
"..Saki-san?"
Shock passed through the pro-heroes as Mandalay dropped to the ground, she activated her quirk at the last moment
Sorry guys, have fun cooking without me.
She joked before falling to the ground.
"Eh? No more cooking? Saki-" Izuku was cut off when it looks like he had been caught in a marble.
The two living pro-heroes ran to where the marble was but it was soon taken by a man with a mustard yellow coat.
"Target acquired, Mr.Compress out!" He chuckled before stepping into a dark hole.
Tiger and Pixie-bob had a mix of emotions. It also seemed like the bullets and explosions were stopped.
"What just..happened?"
