Chapter 9: Y/N's Choice

Another week had passed. Today is the day I told Christian and David that I'd chose between them. It's also the day we have to stay later than normal because we have to film some of the scenes that take place at night like the Santa Fe scene and the scene where we attempt to break Crutchy out of the Refuge. I was in my trailer getting ready. I got into my costume, walked out of my trailer, and ran into Michael. 


                          
"Hey, Y/N. I'm sorry for running into you," Michael said. 
"It's alright, Michael," I said. 
"Have you told David and Christian who you picked yet," he asked. 
"I plan on doing that today," I answered. 
"Good luck with that, Y/N," Michael said. 
"Thanks," I said while walking away.


                          
I saw Christian and David talking to Marty. I walked over to them. 


                          
"Hey, Y/N," Marty said. 
"Hi," I said. 


                          
"So, have you decided, love," Christian asked. 
"Yes, but you and David will have to wait a while. Don't worry. You both will find out today," I replied. 


                          
"Thank God. I can't wait much longer," David said. 
"Patience Davey," I said. 


                          
We did our tutoring for a few hours, filmed for a while, and took a break for lunch. I hung out with Gabriel and Aaron to avoid Christian and David pestering me about who I chose. Gabriel and Aaron told me to be blunt about telling them, but also be kind about it. I decided that I would tell Christian and David once we had some downtime. Once we had downtime, I had Christian and David come to my trailer. I made them sit on the tiny sofa. 


                          
"Okay boys. You two want to know who I chose. Now, don't be pissed off or angry about who I chose. I want the both of you to know that you two are my best friends on set, and I want to keep it that way even after filming is done," I said. 
"Y/N, I'll always be your friend no matter what happens. I'll feel a little hurt at first, but I know you can't control who you love and don't love," Christian said. 
"Thank you, Christian," I told him. 


                          
"Christian took the words right out of my mouth," David said. 


                          
"Okay. I choose...I choose David. I'm so sorry Christian," I said. 
"It's alright, Y/N. I know you can't control who you love. I'll leave the the two of you alone," he said while getting up. 
"Okay," I said. 


                          
"Dave take care of her for me. Also, don't forget to use protection guys," Christian said before walking out of my trailer. 


                          
"Why did you pick me over Christian," David asked as I sat down next to him. 
"After our late night swim last week and the date with Christian two weeks ago, I started to see him as more of a brother than a lover of that makes sense," I answered. 
"Can I kiss you? Is it weird that I asked that," David asked before I kissed him. 
"Davey, you don't have to ask for permission to kiss me. Just do it," I replied. 
"Okay," he said as he leaned in to kiss me. 


                          
One kiss led to another. Each kiss lasted longer than the previous one. Soon, I was running my fingers through David's curls. As we parted for air, Trey walked in without knocking. 


                          
"Should I come back later," Trey asked. 
"No. You're fine Trey," I answered as I got off of David. 
"Kenny needs the two of you on set. He wanted to do a retake of the kissing scene the two of you have. It seems the two of you have had some practice," Trey said. 
"Shut up Trey," I said while blushing. 


                          
"Let's go, girlsie. I don't think we can keep Kenny waiting," David said. 
"You're right Davey," I said before kissing him. 


                          
"Gross! I'm leaving," Trey said before heading outside. 

                          
"Will you be my girlfriend," David asked rather bluntly. 
"Yes," I replied after kissing him. 
"Ready to go out there, beautiful," David asked. 
"Ready as I'll ever be," I answered. 


                          
I'm happy with David. He treats me like a queen. He always makes sure I'm okay. It's so adorable. I can't wait to see what the future holds for us.  



                          
A/N: Alas, we have reached the end of this book. I feel like I ended it horribly. Anyway, my Christian Bale x OC should be out soon if you guys want to read that.
