You and Dabi stood in front of what looked like a downgraded version of a Safari car. The body nearly consisted of rust alongside a few parts that still contained some chipped off paint. Most of the seats where made of cracked, dry leather. The whole car seemed unstable and as if it would fall apart at any moment. Even Dabi looked doubtful.

"We're supposed to drive with this?", he turned to look at you, his eyebrows arching in doubt.

You chewed your cheek. "This is the only thing that'll take us to the mountains", you mumbled.

Dabi looked over you. Visible in the distance was a large mountain, green from all the lush vegetation that inhabited it. The car stood on the side of an old, tarred road that led up towards the mountain in snake-like curves. Trees and vegetation lined up alongside the road, the sound of birds and wildlife filled your ears.

There were a few other people getting on the small 'Safari car' besides you and Dabi. One of them was a large lady, at least in her late 50's or early 60's. Her hair was white and clearly uncombed as it stuck out in all directions. Her face seemed to be edged into a permanent frown, as she grabbed the support bar of the car with one hand, her other holding a large handbag with a small dog in it. As she lifted herself up, the whole car creaked and shifted down to her side.

Dabi let out an uncomfortable cough. "This is going to be a long ride", he mumbled, taking a step towards the possibly life-threatening vehicle. You sighed, following after him. At least you didn't stand out too much with your hoodie and baseball cap, and Dabi with his sunglasses. The both of you looked like you did crack-cocaine.

You took a seat on one of the small bench-seats, up the third row behind the driver. You looked down at the single bar that prevented you from having completely nothing between you and the open road. Dabi sat down next to you, looking vaguely distressed.

Oh right, you had almost forgotten that Dabi tended to get car sick. Oh god, hangover and car sick. This was not going to end well for either of you. The lady with the small dog took a seat out in front of you, grunting as she tried to fit herself and her handbag between the tight spaces.

The car started, coughing a few times before it buzzed to life like a swarm of angry hornets. Oh god, how were you going to make it to the mountain? Dabi groaned uncomfortably as the car started moving. Luckily for you, the pain medication had started to work, so the hangover was manageable, but it didn't look the same for Dabi.

The wind whooshed past your ears as the car started picking up speed. You leaned into the seat, staring at the trees which sped by in blurred lines, when all of a sudden you felt some pressure against your shoulder.

Dabi had rested his head against your shoulder, taking up the rest of the bench as he laid his legs out. "What...are you doing?", you asked, having to hold onto the small bar in fear of falling out, "get off me, you're going to push me out of the car!".

"Shhh, you're loud. I want to sleep", he mumbled, almost snuggling into your shoulder.

"D-DABI!", you let out a shriek, "get off! I'm going to fall out!".

Dabi turned his head to glare at you. "Y/N, for real, sit still and stop screaming or else I'm actually going to push you out".

You glared at Dabi. "I'm going to drag you with me, and once we crash-land, I'm going to take your severed body parts and beat you with them", you hissed.
