I had finally found another place to stay off any radars—Forks, Washington. It seemed like a quite rainy and cloudy place. Perfect option.
I was previously in North Dakota for several years, around ten, and even though I tried my best to blend in, people were beginning to get suspicious. When people begin to notice me not aging, that's when I know I need to move. Depending on the place I can stay anywhere from five to fifteen years, roughly.
I've been in my immortal life for a total of 30 years now, still considered as 'new'. I'm still frozen at the age of sixteen, never aging and it's tough. It had taken me awhile to realize that I'd possibly be alive to see the moment the world would end; that thought being extremely daunting and terrifying if thought about it long enough—when you don't sleep, you tend to have an awful amount of time on your hands.

I had just finishing loading my small, but modest, amount of belongings into my car, when I realized I'd have to enroll myself in high school yet again. I've graduated high school five times to keep up appearances, taking the first time seriously because I hadn't had the chance to finish school; before my life was ripped away from me.
But I digress, so here I am, driving down the surprisingly empty highway at one-hundred and twenty mph towards Forks, Washington.
Though this time the change is different. This time I do feel that for once, I won't be alone.
