ava's pov:
A couple of days have passed and spending time with alessya was really fun. I had already said bye to alessya yesterday,it was really hard to say bye. but today was the day I dreaded, moving day. Mom decided to drive to New Jersey instead of flying their since it would be cheaper. I woke up really early to get ready and to help my mom finish packing up the last couple of things left. after I got ready I ate some breakfast and then started packing my car with my boxes. after I finished I helped my mom and put things in her car. a couple of hours later we were finally ready to leave. I went inside the house and started looking around in every room to make sure we got everything. once I got to my room I took a quick look around and then stood against the door frame. I started to tear up because I really didn't wanna leave but I had no choice. 
                          
mom:AVA ITS TIME TO LEAVE COME ON
ava: OKAY MOM ILL BE OUT IN A SECOND
                          
I looked around my room one last time and started walked downstairs. my mom was waiting outside so I jogged my way out the door as mom looked the door. me and mom took once last look at the house and then got into our cars and started driving to New Jersey. On the way there I just listened to music while driving. a long 2 hours later we finally arrived. I got out of the car and saw a beautiful house.

mom:do you like it?
ava:duhhh look at it 
mom:go inside and pick a room
                          
I nod and walk inside, I looked around and it was so nice. I walked upstairs and picked a room while my mom brought some boxes inside. after that I helped bring some boxes inside and we started unpacking. I was actually happy about the outcome. I went downstairs and helped my mom unpack stuff. I took us a couple of hours to organize and unpack everything but eventually everything was unpacked. I plopped on the couch and let out a sigh. mom chuckled and sits down next to me. 
                          
mom:so how do you like it so far 
ava:it's nice I'm glad it's summer vacation because I wasn't gonna go to school that quick I don't even have any friends yet 
mom:true but i know your gonna make some friends  just wait
ava:yea
mom:anyways I need to go to the grocery store and get some food do you want anything
ava:no I'm fine
mom:alright I'll be back don't do anything stupid
ava:yeah,yeah I know
after mom left I went up to my room and watched outer banks on Netflix (I highly recommend it). while I was watching tv my phone buzzed. I grab my phone and see it was an random number.
