What clubs?

                                    

                                          



I woke up too my alarm blaring in my face. I reached over to stop it and checked the time. 8:00, wait 8:00! School started at 8:20, I was going to be late. With only 20 minutes too get ready I grabbed my school uniform and asked Jack to make some toast. My bag was laying on the floor so I picked it up and while running to the door to grab my toast I checked it. Everything was there. "good" I thought to myself while rushing out the door, toast in hand. "bye" I shouted to jack before running to school. "Have a good day (Y/N)" I faintly heard him shout. My watch said it was 8:10. I only had 10 minutes to get there and the school was about a 15 minute walking distance away. Finally  after running for several minutes I saw the school and headed in.
                          
I was immediately greeted with waves from my friends. "We thought you weren't going to make it." Nick said gleaming. I smiled "Almost didn't but I got here." With that the bell rung, Charlie walked with my to registration and we sat down. Charlie looked at me and said "so I was thinking. You should totally join a club. They are really fun and you would make a lot of friends. Me and Nick personally do rugby but there are plenty of others." He handed me a little booklet "Have a look through that and see if you can find something you like." I flicked through the booklet and read some of clubs. None of them really stood out but I think it was because I wasn't actually reading it. "Sure, I mean they could be good. I will look through it later" I replied and put the booklet back in my bag. "To your next lessons" The teacher exclaimed and rushed us out the door.
                          
The school day went like normal and nothing super interesting happened. Mostly just people asking me about Jack, like usual. Everyone departed leaving my too walk home alone which I didn't mind. It meant I could relax, I knew this perfect place too go which wasn't to far so I ran over. I looked at the building, it was pretty new but no-one lived there so I climbed up to the roof and sat down. The view was super pretty and I enjoyed looking at the city below me. My bag was weighing me down so I took it off and got the booklet out. "A club" I thought looking through it.
                          
There wasn't too many interesting things. As I flicked through I saw a page about a drama club. The wonders of drama was the title and it was actually pretty interesting. It was settled, I was going to sign up for the drama club. I wondered if any of my friends were going to be there as I circled it so I wouldn't forget. A drop of water landed on the paper and I looked up to the skies. All I could see were grey clouds. More rain came down and I grabbed my stuff. Jack was probably wondering where I was by now as it was getting pretty late. My feet touched the ground and I ran back home not wanting to be caught in the rain.
                          
I finally got back home too Jacks great cooking being finished "perfect timing because I finished cooking dinner." He exclaimed just as I got through the door. I smiled "wooo" I replied. We sat down and had a great dinner. We finished eating and I offered to clean up. Jack went to film his videos. He normally filmed that at night because it was quiet. At least that was what he claimed, I finally finished washing up and put everything away. I looked at my phone and started texting the group chat:
                          
You: hey guys
                          
Bailey: Yo

                          
Nancy: whats  up?
                          
You: not much, was just bored
                          
Nancy: fair enough
                          
Bailey: I think its supposed to be good tomorrow, we should go see a movie to celebrate (y/n) joining our friendship group.
                          
Nancy: We would have to wait for the others to get on but sure
                          
You: I would love that.
                          
Bailey: great
                          
You: well I have to go guys. Tell me what the others said.
                          
Nancy: cya
                          
Bailey: night (y/n)
                          
I turned off my phone and sat on my bed. I heard Jack finish the video and come check on me "hey (y/n) have a good sleep and don't stay up too late. Okay?" He said. I looked up at him "don't worry I'm pretty tired, night" I answered. He smiled and closed the door and got ready to sleep. As soon as he left I drifted off, it was an exhausting day.

Hey guys, I'm sorry this took so long. I have had things to do but I'm back and better then ever. I should hopefully be getting back into my writing schedule and I have a new book coming out soon about the egos which I'm pretty excited for. I might write some more parts of this tonight. Depends when I sleep, goodbye for now.
