Y/n's POV

I sit in Tilly's bedroom, painting with her while the boys talk to their parents about something. "You know, before you came over, Max talked about you a lot." She smiles.

A wave of happiness goes over me and I grin. "Aw, does he often talk about girls?" "Never, he says you're special." We both laugh a bit before she holds up her canvas. "Oh Tilly! That's so pretty and when we remove the tape it'll be even prettier!"

She hugs me and runs to show her mother. I look back over at the picture showing on my phone screen. "Our spot." Max's voice startles me.

"Max, what if I had been painting?! I would've messed it up!" I exclaim. "But you weren't painting." He snickers. "You're lucky I'm not going to fling paint at you." I smile.

He sits next to me as I paint the shadows of people on the hillside. "Who are they supposed to be?" He asks, leaning his head on my shoulder.

I paint a hat onto the male's head and he chuckles. "It's us, isn't it?" "Yes, it is." I say. He kisses my cheek and Tilly comes back in the room. "(Y/n), can I take a picture of you and Max so that Mummy can add it to the family photo album?"

My heart melts and I nod. "Sure Tils." Max grins, wrapping an arm around my waist. Tilly lifts the camera in her hands and the shudder sounds.

She runs from her room and Max chuckles. "What's so funny?" I ask. "She went in there because she wanted to ask Mum if she could take pictures of you because she thinks your pretty."

I smile a bit and continue painting. "And I one hundred percent agree with her, you're beautiful." He continues. "Oh, shut up!" I laugh. I finish painting and begin to clean up the paints left behind.

Max helps and within five minutes we have the entire four hours of paint mess cleaned.

"You know what we should do?" He asks as we walk into the living room where everyone is sitting watching TV. "What?" I question. "We should go on a date."

Everyone, including me, looks at him. "What?" "Did you actually say that?" Sara seems confused. "I didn't think he'd ever go on a date." Leo laughs.

His face burns red and I laugh a bit. "Yes, we should go on a date, but next time don't ask in front of your entire family."

He nods and laughs, nervously, "Let's just watch TV with everyone.."
