It was a busy month for Lena and Kara. They babies were growing in abnormal speed, Supergirl was needed, CatCo was busy and L-Corp had many projects. The couple chose to go baby shopping today, after work.
                          
Lena finished work 2 hours earlier than expected, so she chose to surprise Kara. "Hey buddy let's go see Kara at work." The Luthor said a little too eager and Krypto gave a bark. While the other's were headed to CatCo, Kara was busy writing an article. She didn't hear anybody come in and was surprised to hear a very familiar voice. "Oh Kiera, CEO does fit on you very well." Complimented Cat. In an instant the Super looked up, smiling. "Miss Grant! What are you doing here?" Asked Kara as she gave her former boss a hug. "Well I wanted to see how you are keeping up and I got your wedding invitation. You finally got the girl, Kiera." They both laughed and sat on the couch. Both were talking, catching up a little about life, but one specific thing Kara didn't want to mention Cat yet. Cat had no idea that Kara is going to be a mother soon and she wanted to surprise her. "So are you both planning on having kids in the future?" The older woman asked as she took a sip of her tea. The Super froze, but knew what to answer, she heard four familiar heartbeat's coming up by the elevator. "Let Lena answer that question." Cat had a confused look on her face, till she heard a 'ding' from the elevator. There came Kara's fiancé and Krypto. The Luthor entered the office holding the bump, with Krypto by her side "Hey love." Kara gave a kiss on the lips and later on the bump and hugged Krypto. "So Miss Grant, is your question answered?" Smirked the blonde and Cat choked out her tea, having big eyes. "Kara Danvers, since fucking when?" They all laughed and Lena whispered: "Cat I'm about three months."
                          
"How come three months, if you look like you could give birth any second?" The older woman asked in shock. The Luthor looked at Kara. "Oh yeah about that...My alien DNA was able to get her pregnant, and were expecting in about two months." This time Cat spitted out her whole tea. "Are we just going to act normal that Kara's magical vagina was able to consume a baby?" Lena had to laugh at that comment, leaving Kara totally red. "Uh...Miss Grant it's actually babies" The heroine corrected, giving the word 'babies' a extra tone. "WHAT!?" Shouted Cat, thank Rao there was nobody in the office. "You are expecting twin Kryptonian Demigods?" Both nodded and Cat whispered the last part. "Normal is really not written in your live's." Commented the queen of all media. "Nope." The couple said, popping the 'P'.
                          
They talked for a few with Miss Grant, till she had to go home. Leaving the couple alone in the office. "Cat had definitely the best reaction." Lena said. "Oh ya, she did. She even said my name right." Chucked the blonde. They kissed and were interrupted by Krypto's barking."I think he is even more excited to go baby shopping." Lena said with a smirk. With that they got their stuff and left the office. That were walking hand-in-hand, with Krypto by their side. 
                          
About 30 minutes passed and they went into a few shops. They bought already a lot, they bought so much Lean had to call her driver to get the stuff because apparently, Kara was carrying too much and it could give suspicion. 
                          
Both were waiting for David and it took about 10 minutes. The driver took a few things and loaded it into the car, as always Kara's pure heart helped him. They said their thank yous and David drove off, bringing the stuff to the apartment. The pair passed again a few store's, looking for baby cribs. Kara stood still and pointed to a particular crib. "Babe, that one has the 'S' symbol on it! We have to take it...pwetty pwease." Begged the Super as she tried to maker her best puppy eyes, Krypto joining as well. "Fine, since I am going to have four Super's in my house." Chuckled the Luthor and Krypto licked her face, as a thank you. Kara gave a happy squeal and kissed her soon to be wife. 
                          
They bought the cribs and a everything that had the House of El crest on it. The Luthor was gettibg slowly tired and Kara noticed it. "We should go home babe, I mean you are carrying two miracle's in you." Just with that thought it made both smile like idiots.  "We have to. Baby shopping, is tiring!" Answered the Luthor. With that they headed back home.
                          
As they arrived they all plopped on the couch, including Krypto. "Babe, do you think our apartment is child friendly?" Asked the Super. "What do you mean by that, honey?" Lena asked and gave a kiss on the cheek. "I mean don't you want our kids to play in a garden or pool? I do really love this place but it isn't really a place for a child." Kara said in a apolagetic look. Lena cupped her fiancé's cheeks, looking at her with love. "I though you would never ask. That's why I renovated my penthouse a bit, making it mote child friendly. I was planning on surprising you. It has also more room's there and David brought all the stuff we bought today, there." That answer made Kara smile and as a response she kissed Lena deeply, trying to show as much love into it. "Always three steps ahead. I love you. We can already start moving, maybe tomorrow?" The raven haired woman nodded in agreement and kissed Kaar again. "Oh there is even a training room there and a few other stuff you will see tomorrow." Kara smiled. "I can't wait." 
                          
They cuddled on the couch, ordered a lot of food and watched  'The Wizard of Oz' All of them drifted  soon into sleep, exhausted from all of that shopping and Kara was listening to her four favorite heartbeat's.
