I watched from the above as Julian brushed a bit of raven black hair away from her--that freaks--face. How could he stand to be that close to her? To touch that freak of nature's porcelain skin? It made me want to vomit. It made me want to throw her off the highest building.

She pulled away from him, retreating back into the shadows where she belonged. I wanted to go to him. To tell him that she was a monster. But I didn't. I knew he wouldn't listen. All he would care about was her. I knew what had to be done. She needed to be dealt with before he made a huge mistake.
