'Just one more hour and I'll be free' Y/n thought as she was sitting listening to her economics lecture. Her summer holidays are starting from tomorrow
She likes college only because she gets to meet her friends everyday. " Hey Y/n" Jaehyun called from behind. Y/n slowly leaned back "Let's hang out tonight" he said.
She remembered that yesterday her boyfriend told her something about taking her outside for dinner. " I don't know Jae" she muttered "C'mon Y/n, you know I'm leaving to Busan tomorrow. We won't be able to meet for a long time. Please " he gave her the puppy eyes.
Y/n couldn't resist his cuteness "Alright I'm in" she whispered which made Jaehyun smile.
Soon the class wa over and she was waiting outside college. Jin, her 26 year old boyfriend was supposed to pick her up today. She received a text
Jinnie : Baby I'm almost there. Stay inside the campus
Jin has always been a very protective boyfriend considering he is 6 years older than her. He was her brother's best friend.
Right then she heard the sound of a car. She happily walked out but suddenly Jaehyun called her "See you tonight boo" he waved Y/n waved back smiling and quickly got inside the car. She locked the door behind her.
" Hi --" before she could finish he interrupted "Who's that boy?" He asked. His eyebrows we scrunched together. He didn't look at her but had his hands on the wheel.
"That's Jaehyun, my friend" she muttered "I didn't know you had guy friends" he said but it's clear he wasn't happy about that.
"He called you boo" he declared. Since the windows were down he could clearly hear what Jaehyun said. "That's the nickname he gave me" she said "Nickname ? Y/n he's------- I don't like him don't hang around him" he said without taking his eyes off the road.
Is he being jealous ?
"Jin we've been friends for a long time now. You don't have to worry about him" she said. Jin have her a cold glare.
"C'mon babe really ? I missed you" she leaned on his shoulder. Jin couldn't resist her cuteness. He placed a kiss on her forehead and continued driving
They reached home pretty quick today. "Y/n we're leaving at 7:00" he said removing his jacket and placing it on the couch. "Leaving where ?" "I told you yesterday. There is this restaurant ,Jungkook said it was really good" he said
Y/n contemplated whether to tell Jin about Jaehyun's hangout plan. She knew he would become upset. "Jin actually I think I can't come today" she said biting her lips in hesitation
He hugged her from behind nuzzling his face into her neck. "Does my baby wanna stay home and do dirty things ?" He smirked She playfully punched him with her elbows
He giggled and kissed her cheek. "You know that my summer holidays are starting --" he nodded "So basically my friend wanted to hang out with me tonight" she said
"Friend ?" He raised his brows "J-jaehyun" she stuttered "Are you kidding me Y/n ?" He moved away from her " No Jin he's leaving to Busan tomorrow that's why" she said
"No Y/n you're not hanging out with him" she could sense the anger in his voice "Please Jin" she gave him a cute frown but it didn't seem to work at all.
"I said no" he said firmly Y/n became furious on how he controls her. "Stop acting like my father for once" she talked back for the first time "Father? I'm protecting you because you're still a kid and you don't know the real world"
"I'm 20 and can you stop treating me like a child. I'm sick of this Jin. Always having to ask your permission for every single thing I do. I need to live my life, you have no rights to hold me back." She raised her voice
Jin couldn't believe she said all of this. She was going to much out of control
"YOU KNOW WHAT Y/n. GO OUT WITH THAT BRAT. FUCK HIM, DO WHATEVER YOU WANT I DON'T CARE. BUT DON'T BOTHER COMING BACK. IM SICK OF LOOKING AFTER YOU AS WELL " he screamed his heart out
Y/n was already in verge of tears. His words pierced into her like knives. Before she could hold it back she was crying.
Jin bashed to his room shutting the door loudly. Y/n fell on her knees, she didn't knew this would turn out like this. The words kept repeating in her head "IM SICK OF LOOKING AFTER YOU AS WELL"
Am I being a burden to him ?
She laid back on the couch. She didn't care about hanging out with Jaehyun anymore. She couldn't control her sobs. And thinking about it made it worse.
Her eyes started closing automatically as she was worned out from all the crying --------------------
Jin took a cold shower to relieve his stress. He got changed into his clothes. He laid on the bed and stared at the ceiling He realised what he said was wrong. He shouldn't have said those words, it just came out of anger. He felt guilty.

He walked out and called out for her "Y/n?" He then found her laying on the couch. Her cheeks were stained with dried tears. Her nose was red and her face was slightly swollen from all the crying.
He never wanted to hurt her but he was the one who caused her this. He placed a kiss on her nose. He tucked his hands under her body and lifted her up . Quickly she responded by wrapping her arms around his neck.
The movement of walking caused her to wake up from her sleep. Firstly she couldn't understand what was going on. But then she lifted he head up to see Jin's handsome face.
"I'm so sorry baby, I didn't mean anything I said, I don't want to see you cry anymore " he apologized "I'm sorry too, I shouldn't have talked back like that" she said laying her head on his chest.
