S Y N O P S I S.
→ Gatorpaw was living a normal apprentice life, working diligently to please his mentor and his Clan. But strange happenings are inflicting the three Clans of the Mire. The medicine cat of MarshClan has been haunted by dark, evil dreams. RoseClan cats are going missing at an alarming rate. And when the StormClan leader falls ill, StormClan closes their borders and imposes a strict isolation. But all of these things seem to be foreshadowing an even greater danger, and Gatorpaw is determined to figure out how to stop it.

C L A N I N F O R M A T I O N.
MARSHCLAN ; this is the main Clan in the story. MarshClan are a group of strong willed, thick muscled cats who live in the wooded marshes of The Mire. They cling fiercely to the warrior code, and believe that working together with their neighboring Clans is far more beneficial than working against them.
ROSECLAN ; this is the secondary Clan in this story. RoseClan are a group of proud, stubborn felines who lurk in the shadows of their oaken forest. They border MarshClan directly to the west. RoseClan warriors are known to be lithe and skilled in battle, despite their slight frames. They've been known to cause the most trouble over prey or trespassing with MarshClan.
STORMCLAN ; this is the tertiary Clan in this story. They are a rather dark, mystical group of cats who live in a massive rift in the heart of the moorland. Their secluded, underground camp has given this Clan a fairly secretive reputation between their neighbors. StormClan cats are more in tune with the earth and their environment, but are cold and calculating if they must tussle with cats of other Clans.
