Love
Scars and scratches are gonna form!
Even if you don't want them at all,
Love is beautiful and painful you see,
it will make your heart race and it'll make it bleed.
For scars and scratches show that you're strong,
strong enough to deal with it all.
Sew them up! Stitch them! They'll heal too,
it'll hurt for a while, but not forever, I promise you!
To fall in love is nothing but natural,
the mind becomes blinded by affection.
For you to say, "Don't fall in love,"
tells me that you're done with such interaction.
I cannot speak from experience,
for I am young but bold.
I'm sure you will find the love of your life,
and I hope your faith shall be restored.
