"Arya what are you doing?" Panchaali asked with an amused smile on her face as she looked at Nakul, who was moving around the kitchen collecting different ingredients.
"I am going to cook!" He said excitedly as she was taking a sip of water, making her cough as her eyes widened in surprise. Nakul moved towards her and took the glass from her hand as he began to rub her back, "Easy Panchaali." He whispered as he patted her back.
"I am fine." She said, her voice still laced in doubt as she looked at Nakul and the ingredients that he had pulled out. "What are you going to make arya?" She asked as she looked at him, "that's a surprise!" He said excitedly.
"But you can tell me, I can help you." She said, trying to save her poor kitchen from her husband's cooking, only god knew what will happen if she let him in the kitchen; destruction was sure to happen.
"No no priye you go and relax." He said confidently as he pushed her out of kitchen, cutting off all her protests. She sighed as he closed the door, "Dasi go to the other kitchen and tell them to begin the preparation for lunch there. " She ordered as she moved towards her temple, a soft smile on her face, today arya's cooking is going to surprise everyone, or maybe shock them.
She laughed as she continued to move, she walked through the gardens when her eyes fell on the flowers, she should make some malas. She called one of the daasis and asked her get all that is needed.
The dasi returned with the things, Draupadi smiled at her and thanked her. She took the basket as she began to collect the flowers, "Maya how is your baby?" She asked as she plucked a rose from its stem, the dasi smiled, "She's good my queen. All because of you my highness, if you hadn't send the gold coins and Rajkumar Nakul and Sahadev's medicine's than we would have lost her. You saved her my queen, gave her another life." The dasi said as she looked at Panchaali with grateful eyes, tears glazing in her eyes.
Panchaali passed the basket to another dasi and moved towards Maya, who had tears in her eyes. Maya and the other daasis gasped in shock as Panchaali wrapped her arms around Maya and hugged her.
"I did nothing. God is the one who helped save your child." She whispered as she pulled back, giving Maya a beautiful smile. Maya pulled back and fell at Draupadi's feet, "your highness, you are very kind but a high born like you can't hug a low born like me." Maya whispered, tears tracing down her cheeks.
Draupadi guided her to stand back up, "we are all humans here so I don't see why I can't hug you." Draupadi as she took the flower basket and began to pluck them, the daasis stood surprised watching their queen collect flowers.
Yudhisthir smiled as he looked over his wife, as always the most beautiful. Her kind behavior had always been something that all the pandavas cherished and he was no different.
Her sweetness, her care for others had always touched his heart. "What are you thinking jyest?" Sahadev asked as he walked in the balcony that looked over the gardens. "The time has come anuj. The time to make her realise her potentials." He whispered as he looked at his younger brother, Sahadev was a bit confused what did he mean by that?
