CHAPTER EIGHTEEN

"I got a job." Ban stood by the doorway. "Woah, what the fuck? You did? Are you serious, or are you just playing tricks on me?" you were floored. Did Ban, the laziest motherfucker in the universe, actually get a job? 
                          
"No, I'm serious. I need to get out. You keeping us inside sucks." he smirked when your face fell. He had a point, but you wished that he could see. "Alright, be like that. You barely speak any Japanese, how will you communicate?" "They speak fluent English." you laughed, happy for him. 
                          
"Okay, but lemme just ask a couple questions. One, what are you doing? Two, who are your employers. And three, where is said job?" you were curious about more, but these were the basics of what you needed. 
                          
"Cooking. I can't remember their names. I can't remember where they live either, but they're rich. I start tomorrow." he stated, going back up to his room. "Alright, Ban!" you called back. Turning back to the Elrics, you spoke. 
                          
"Well? What are we waiting for? Let's go set up your phones!" 

                          
As you finished setting up their phones, you got a call from Katsuki. Excusing yourself, you left Ed's room, picking it up. 
                          
"Hey, Katsuki-kun! What's up?" But it wasn't Katsuki. It was Mitsuki, calling from her son's phone. "Hey, Y/N-chan! We just got some new help for cooking, and the brat wants you to come over for dinner tomorrow!" Katsuki yelled "no I don't" in the background, but Mitsuki ignored it in favor of telling you about the dinner she was planning. "So, anyway! Maybe you could come home with him, it's been so long since Masaru and I have seen you! You're such an angel! What do you say, Y/N-chan?" you thought. Since Ban had his job or whatever, he couldn't cook dinner. Maybe you could just order takeout for them? Yeah, you would order takeout for them. 
                          
"Of course, Mitsuki-san! I'd love to come! I can come home with Katsuki-kun too, if that's alright with you! Thank you so much for the offer!" you thanked, so glad to get out of cooking for a night. "No, problem, Y/N-chan! In fact, we should be thanking you for putting up with our son! Anyway, we'll see you there! Bye!" She hung up, leaving you to your thoughts. 
                          
The next day passed by in a flash, and soon it was time for you to go home with Katsuki. You had told everyone your plans over dinner, and that Ban couldn't make dinner either. You had left your credit card with Yuuri, telling him that he should be the one to order, and to make sure that nobody went overboard with the food. Battle training wasn't as exciting as you hoped for it to be. You also talked to Nezu, asking him to place the Elrics into 1-B. They were to have their first day on Monday.   
                          
You turned to your housemates. "Listen, guys. Yuuri and Viktor are in charge. And also Alphonse, because he's the most mature. Yuuri will be ordering takeout, so please try not to go too hard on my credit card. And lastly, don't break anything. Ban is also out because of his job, so don't panic. Call me if you need anything!" 
                          
You faced Katsuki again, linking your arm with his. You had a nice outfit that you glamoured in the locker rooms on, and you didn't look as roach-like as you normally did. "Let's go, Katsuki-kun!" you pulled on his arm and dragged him out of the classroom, ignoring his shout of anger. "So, Katsuki-kun, I heard your parents hired some help with cooking?" he grunted, trying to rip your arm from yours, but you held on. 
                          
"Yeah, what about it? And let me go you damn woman!" He yelled. "Aww, okay, Katsuki-kun. But, anyway, how long have you had this new help?" You let go of his arm, laughing as he pulled it back to him, linking your arms again. "This is his first day. But the old hag was so excited when she heard from Deku's hag that you were back in town that she had to call you again. Of course, she used my phone." It's a he, huh? Could it be Ban? No, he probably would've clashed and argued with Mitsuki.
