Third Person POV

"Hey you seem dazed, are you okay?" Taehyung tightens his grip on Jisoo's hand, rubbing it to catch her attention.

Jisoo who has been silent for a while as the two strolled the city of Seoul, looked up at Taehyung to give him a reassuring smile.

It's been almost a month since that encounter with her mother at the mall. After that incident and her refusal to break things off with Taehyung, her mother/her family has practically cut ties off with her.

Occasionally Jin would message her asking how she is or simply letting her know how her mother is doing. It seems like her mother has asked them to give her the cold shoulder to knock some sense into her.

Every few days like that day Jisoo would be reminded of this rift between her and her mother and it just never sits well in her chest. Taehyung knew that but of course he also knew it was because of him, call him selfish but he can't give up Jisoo no matter what.

"Where are we even going? We've been walking for half an hour now!" Jisoo finally out of her emo thoughts, as her leg was beginning to sore up as she just had a sixteen hour shift prior.

"There." Taehyung pointed at the tall tower meters away from them.

Jisoo let out a genuine chuckle seeing the Namsan Tower standing tall near them. Memories of their date during their high school  flooded her mind.

"No way!" Jisoo excitedly replied. All her worries drifted away, excited to revisited a place filled with memories with Taehyung.

"Are you sure you can handle that?" Taehyung teased as they once met a series of stairs that Jisoo always struggled to overcome.

"Ah. I am offended. Excuse me mister but I think you forgot that I am Dr. Kwon Jisoo and I always take the stairs at the hospital. This is a piece of cake." Jisoo flipped her long hair, purposely making sure it hit his face as she strutted towards the flight of stairs.

Taehyung chuckled on his own from the overload of her cuteness. This was definitely helping ease with the nerves he was feeling inside.

Finally catching up to Jisoo, to both of their of surprise it was Taehyung now out of breath.

"Hmmph seems like someone is out of shape." Jisoo teased.

"Wait is it just me, but why is it so empty today?"

Jisoo looked around the rooftop filled with locks surrounding them and no other bodies around them.

"Oh yeah hey, maybe cause it's a weekday?" Taehyung replied.

"Maybe, I mean I haven't been here in a while too. Maybe it's not as popular as it was during our days."

"I've got an idea, what about we find the lock we placed here four years ago? Didn't we promise that we'd read each other the message we wrote years later?" Taehyung suggested.

"OMG!" Jisoo's eyes lit up in remembrance of the locks. Clasping her hands together as she slightly jumped from excitement.

"Aww but look." Jisoo's excitement faltered as she pointed at the mass amount of locks surrounding them.

"How are we ever going to find the lock?! It's practically impossible Tae." Jisoo now pouted.

Taehyung grinned, rubbing the tops of Jisoo's head as he started searching himself.

"Are you just going to stand there or what?" Taehyung looks back at Jisoo who stood still.
