Chris POV:
                          
Panting I take a huge sip from my waterbottle „God Kem this workout gonna be giving me serious muscle pains." He just laughs and wipes his sweat „I bet. You sweat like crazy and pant like a dog." I shake my head and we exit the gym „Listen Kem I'll have a shower now." He nods and I go upstairs and shower. My mind wandered to Jesy immediately. I kept thinking about her until I felt the water turn cold... what? For how long have I been thinking? I turn off the water and get ready and head downstairs again. I have about two hours left until I can finally leave to see my girl again. Me and Kem just sit down in his garden and chat and let the sun shine on our skin.
                          
Jesy POV:
                          
Nobody could prevent me from running away if I did it slyly... hmmm. I quickly take Chris Hoodie, my phone and some money and open the door, peeking out. Floors empty, weirdly, but I shrug and quietly run down the plain floors. I bump into someone and mentally curse myself „Where are you going?" „Uh...I...I'm on my way to therapy." The person nods and lets me go. I silently keep running and watch out for more dangers. I reach the big glass sliding doors that only keep me from being free. I turn around and quickly rush outside. Without hesitation, I start sprinting to the next train station. I felt my chest burning and it would only be a matter of time until I collapsed. But I kept running until I finally see the station. Arriving there I quickly grab the money and buy a ticket with a little shaky hands and trembling legs „Come on." I take the ticket and feel someone grabbing me and holding me tight „Help me! Help!" I start kicking and beating around me until I feel a sharp pain in my back and everything turn black...
                          
Chris POV:
                          
„So what have you been up to Kem? We haven't seen each other for quite long." „Uh not much. I moved in here a few months ago and started working as a personal coach. What about you mate?" „Well I just lived a calm life here and just kept my work. And when I tell you when I first met her I was like: is this what an angel looks like?" He chuckles „Hey you didn't really tell me how you met."My smile immediately fades as I remember the event. 
                          
*flashback*
                          
I just did my daily evening walk through Essex. But this evening it was really cold so I decided to take a shortcut over the bridge. I silently hum as I reach the bridge and see a woman walking on there. I fix my hair weird enough and walk more upright. But  then I see the woman climb over the parapet „Fuck she's not gonna do this, is she?" I sprint towards her and in the right moment and without thinking, I wrap my arms around her torso, pressing her tightly against the parapet. She starts screaming and tries to yank from my firm grip „No! Let me go! Help!" „Hey hey calm down." „No I wanna die!" I wrap my arms tighter around her „No please don't say that."  I didn't realise who I was holding until I saw three familiar girls stumbling out of a car and run towards her... Jade. Leigh. And Perrie? Wait... I take a look at the woman... god I'm holding the Jesy Nelson from Little Mix. I feel her calm down a bit and carefully stroke her arm still having a firm grip on her „It's okay. It's okay." I watch as her two friends break down and Jade climbing over to her „Please be careful." She nods and turns Jesy to her and holding a firm grip on her, while I release her and go hug her friends. I still look at them ‚Wow she is so beautiful.'
                          
*end of flashback* 
                          
„Chris? Ey yo Chris!" Kem snaps his fingers „Mate you okay?" „Huh yea. I- I just had a flashback." I told him the story and have to stop in between to wipe my tears. It really makes me emotional because it pains me seeing her have to go through this. He pats my back „You know or we know she's strong. She's a strong girl." „Yea she is. She is wonderful." He gets up and brings us two glasses of iced water „Ugh thanks mate. I was really craving something cold." I take a sip and moan at the coolness hitting my throat „God this is amazing. There is nothing nicer than a cold water." We drink our water „Half hour left. Time has passed quickly. I probably shall get ready." „Do you need a lift?" „Nah I'll be good thanks." I get up and make my way to my car. On the way, I stop at a shop and buy her some flowers. On the ride I put on some music. The silence without her is unbearable. I quietly hum until I finally see the big building of the hospital raking up between the trees „I'll be right there babygirl." I park my car and head towards the building, entering through the huge glass doors „Hello I would like to visit Jesy Nelson." The woman looks at me weirdly and raises an eyebrow „You know her room?" „Yea." „Go ahead then." she turns back to the computer. I shrug and walk towards the room as I hear screaming. Blood freezing screams. Coming from her room. It sounds like the screams in my nightmare. It feels like the ground was swallowing me slowly but I grab the cold doorhandle and open the door to be met by a really unpleasant scenario...
