The fire was ablaze, guards were fighting those that had drank their potions of invincibility, the guards dropped like flies, blood and guts painted the streets,  the mutiny had started. Once the magical stave was broken, wave after wave of creatures came to the aid of the brave Ponies who were fighting, they too had drank an invincibility potion. The elements of harmony rushed in to help fight, Red was with Gold as they fought side by side. Gold looked different, she was clad in armour and a magical sword swung from side to side as she slashed at the guards who tried to kill her, her lover was wearing his armour from the temple and could hear the armoured hooves of the guards rush at him. Lifting his spear he slashed and pierced those that opposed him, blood painted his helmet.
                          
In the distance trebuchets armed with large stones started to pelt large boulders at the castle and streets, as soon as they hit, the boulders broke off into splinters, embedding themselves inside the necks of those around. The army of untrained Ponies had the upper hand that was until cannons were brought out, loaded with balls of steel, loaded with gunpowder for a powerful thrust, the canons let loose and fired at the Ponies, the invincibility potion held up against them, however the Ponies and creatures had to retreat from this. 
                          
Soon a large beast burst out from the castle gates, the beast was taller than a troll, stronger than a troll but slow, it was also made of metal, infused with magic so it wouldn't be destroyed easily, the beast squashed ponies with its powerful fists, Red could hear it and Gold could see it, the one hundred tonne beast towered above buildings, until a sound could be heard. A beam of light shot through the clouds and struck it down, though not killing it, the beast tried to rise again and another beam shot at it, the mysterious figure who shot at it landed. It was no other than Luna... no Nightmare Moon.
                          
The guards started to back off now that Nightmare Moon was present, the Ponies and creatures started to advance towards them, Nightmare Moon disabled the iron beast. Soon Luna's power was drained from her, a maniacal laugh could be heard as Luna's power was dragged from her and into the castle, the guards then started to advance, spears were chucked at the Ponies and they tried their best to kill them, explosives went off as the war continued. Luna looked at Red and Gold. 
"Get in there." She yelled and pointed to one of the walls that had been damaged by the castle gates being knocked down. Red and Gold nodded and ran, Gold guided Red with the sounds of her hooves on the stone floor. The duo sliced and diced any guard that stood in their way. They made it into the castle.
                          
Bursting into the throne room they saw the menace herself, the Princess of the Sun looked down on them and tutted.
"Don't you think its rude to enter a room without knocking?" She asked and then she cackled. "Guards! Get rid of them, i want to watch you kill them, not too fast and not to slow. I want to hear them scream or else i will fuck you raw." She warned as the highly trained guards started to surround them, Red and Gold got into a fighting stance, it was clear that they were trained for this. "A coward only hides his face in battle." Celestia barked and looked at Red with a smirk.
"I only tackle those without my mask who deserve it, your guards do not deserve it." He yelled at the tyrant even though he was looking away from her, his spear ready.
"Well then, kill them." She commanded her guards with a snicker and the guards charged at the duo. 
                          
Red pierced the neck of one of them, the blood coating the already soaked spear, he then pulled it out and spun around, piercing another one in the gut and dragging it up slowly so that the intestines fell out, he then punctured the stomach and let the acid corrode his insides. 
Gold used her sword to decapitate a guard and flung the head to another guard, metal against metal, the duo managed to take out the guards swiftly and with relative ease, soon another wave of guards surrounded them, this time double in numbers.
                          
It was another quick battle this time however the Princess did not like this so she called upon Luna's powers and became Daybreaker, Celestia grew taller, her horn grew bigger and her teeth bared fangs, armour spawned upon her, the red contrasting with the white and her wings became like bact wings. She then growled at the duo with hatred, she used her magic to raise the dead and shot a beam of magic at Red, however Gold Star blocked this with a magical barrier and reflected the beam towards Celestia, the newly formed mare stopped her magic and growled, the zombie guards now started to surround them.
"Go for the brain" Red stated to his lover and smiled under the mask, the two got ready to fight again, 
                          
This battle was longer than the previous two, Red looked tired as he put the blunt end of his spear on the ground, Gold also looked tired, this gave Daybreaker cackled and charged her horn, she shot a paralysis spell at Gold who didn't see this come, she then hit the floor with a clatter, Red looked to Daybreaker as he crousched over his love with tears rolling down his cheeks, he was mad. Fire started to surround him, his rage was showing, he swore to never use it but he had no choice. Grabbing his spear he burst to life with energy and charged at Daybreaker with all the strength he had, only to be blown away by the magic that Daybreaker could produce, she then flung herself at Red and punned him down with his spear.
"You think you can kill me? A God? You're just a mere mortal, you have no place on this planet, once I'm done with you I will have myself a nice princess soup." She looked at Gold Star. This angered Red further and he slashed her face with his metallic claw, the blood splatted onto his mask and pulled his own spear out of himself.
                          
He then felt it, a heated blade, one made by Daybreakers magic had infiltrated his stomach, the tyrant before him then sliced up his body with a smirk.
"And so the last of them falls, you got close, just not close enough." She smirked as she left the Dragon Pony for dead.
